I like that they gave Noob the head rip, because in later games they revealed that he was in fact the reincarnated original Sub Zero from MK 1. Little details like that in the mugens are the coolest.
Yea Bi Han is the original Sub Zero who becomes Noob Saibot. Then Kuai Liang is the sub you see in mk3 which is supposed to be Bi Hans little brother just in case anyone was wondering
Steve Richie is voicing over all of this. The other version you have primarily been hearing is the MK Shaolin Monks version of what Steve Richie recorded. Good vid though man! Enjoyed watching!
I dont know about the others but I really enjoy watching you play these Mugen MKs. Especially considering the fact that you come from the old arcade era and immediately notice the differences. Like watching the big bro play.
I appreciate the comment. There’s a few Mugens I’ve played over the last two weeks that really stick out while several aren’t worth playing more then once. They’re a nice break from the originals, but nothing will ever compare to the OG’s 👊🏼
I would LOVE to see you play the MK Trilogy version on the MK Komplete Plus Mugen. It’s really good! The only thing I noticed was that the MK2 sprite of scorpion is a lot bigger than the other sprites of him. But overall very polished.
For Shao Kahn they are using Steve Richie's voice from MK Shaolin Monks, not only he got older but they used less tuning in his voice for MKSM. Still I think both MK2/MK3 Steve is as good as MKSM.

Is it possible to copy the Remix Version to the Countercade?
14:02 I think if you go to the furthest left or right on the character select screen you can play as Horbuckle, Shao, and Kintaro. I could be wrong about that, tho.
@@BushyStallion You'd have to edit the "select.def" file in the game in order to select them. There's a guy on YT named Christopher Gaizat that has a good tutorial on how to do it. If it's too tricky and you need help with that let me know. (I can just give you my DEF file to replace if you want) The secret characters and bosses are a bit buggy, selecting Shao Kahn makes the announcer say "Kintaro" and both Hornbuckle and Kintaro go "HAHAHA" when selected. Shao's fatality can soft lock the game and Hornbuckle's moveset doesn't show up in his menu.
Easiest way is to just google it. RU-vid is funny when it comes to dropping links and to what they allow. Once you find it it’s a simple download and extract and you’re good to go. Definitely check it out 👊🏼
I'm loving this game so far been playing it for a couple days I just need to make sure I get ultimate mortal Kombat plus that looks like it's the business I'm just having trouble trying to get the files in the right order. If anyone can help me please I need that game ASAP
I think you need to try the game dude, it’s tons of fun. You’ll be blown away by MK3 UMK3 and MK Trilogy Komplete however, trust me 👊🏼 thanks for the support bro
