@@Cosmos6745 confirmed in mk11 aftermath! Out of all the revenants, she’s the only one that deserves to be dead. It was a big mistake bringing her back to life in mk11 because everything was going well until Sindel healed ShaoKahn and both of them missed everything up for earthrealm and the good side of outworld led by Kitana Kahn. As the result, Kotal Kahn and Kunglao are dead. And it just gets worse until the ending.

Yeah the boss system in mk9 was kinda bullshit. But them taunting at random really made it easier to beat them.
