@@Haruzak1 I find him very attractive too. It's more than looks, which he's got. He's very articulate. He's appreciative of the opportunities, people and projects he's encountered. He's an intelligent, deep thinker that can answer difficult questions in a well thought out manner that makes those around him think more deeply. Very thought provoking. He understands that life is a process and all aspects including good, bad and difficult are for cumulative growth. Truth and integrity are important to him. He also understands how everything is connected. If people don't find any of that attractive, then I challenge them to think about how they go about their daily life and where they plan to end up. Will people think the same of them like how I describe Ludi, or will they be thought of as just sucking air? Btw Tee, just ignore the name callers. the first MK movie goes against that logic though, there's only one stunt in the whole movie they used a double for and both Vigo and Orlando did the stunts in the lotr movies

@@CursedWheelieBin Yes and no. Mortal Kombat started out diverse for its time, having an Asian as the main hero, and being heavily Asian influenced. However, being a small project at the time of the first arcade creation, they worked with close friends and had some non Asians playing some of the roles. Not really a big deal at the time, no one knew it was gonna get so big and successful. Still, effort was made to point out that certain characters were indeed Asian. Example being in Sub-Zero’s MKII arcade ending. They took the photo of an unmasked Asian guy, even tho when you’re playing the game he’s being portrayed by a non Asian. I actually appreciated that they made effort to do that for the ending because the Sub-Zero brothers are known from the very first game to be Chinese. Then, in 1995, we get the live action MK movie. I had no complaints because we had the Asian lead (still very rare for Hollywood to this day) of Liu Kang. However, it was very noticeable that a lot of Asian characters like Scorpion and Sub-Zero were being played by caucasians. Raiden should have been Asian as well, but I was grateful that we had an Asian lead so I celebrated what we got! For the record, I enjoyed all the actors for this film, they played their roles really well, but they still should have been Asian because the aesthetics looked out of place and wrong. Still one of my favorite films, just being honest with the look and feel. So now it’s 2021. We’ve made a lot of progress! MK11 even has an Asian looking Kitana, which is how she was always suppose to look since she was created, and the new live action has finally turned all the characters into their appropriate ethnicities! This is now a very big deal! Even Raiden is Japanese! Scorpion and Sub-Zero, and even the brand new character that is suppose to be the audiences eyes for MK is Asian! This is progress! It has nothing at all to do with being a popular movement or career choice, it’s simply something you feel when you face it in day to day life. So yes, MK has always attempted for diversity, but no, it wasn’t always so authentic in its presentation. Things aren’t perfect in Hollywood, but we’re getting there in small steps. Like Ludi Lin said in the interview, we need to keep pushing it so things continue to improve and properly reflect the real world.

I think doing a dragon ball movie correctly is a huge HUGE ask for any team. If they don't have a Disney infinity War budget then don't bother lol, not to mention the difficulty of making sequels.

The amount of destruction, powers, etc is too low...I mean there are fan films that done well with no budget, however if DB was to be done again, it needs to have an Infinity War budget.

Ill try not to worry. Some actors become fixated on the success of a film box office- wise so when it fails, it crushes them. I think he's saying "if this film flops, im not going to stress because simply doing the movie was the success for me." I hope you find the film to your liking when it releases though. I too have high hopes for a good MK film.

@@hateful8bit You might be right but actors usually not talking about their opinions about this topic unless they feel that the movie will be bad. All I'm hoping is that he said that because he has a bad experience with his previous movies. If he just projecting that's fine. For me personally, I am excited, as a veteran MK fan I found many things in the trailer that I adored, and there were few that I didn't. Hopefully, it will end up well. I'm not really worried about the Box office stuff, if the fans will be happy.
