@@tonitonigames Amy Johnston would have been a awesome Sonya Blade they should do a Mortal Kombat spinoff movie called SONYA with Amy Johnston as Sonya Blade it could be awesome. Amy Johnston is a great martial artists just BADASS.

However, Cameron Diaz hurt herself while training for the role so it went to Bridgette instead.

Bridgette Wilson-Sampras* was supposed to return as *Sonya Blade* for *MK: Annihilation,* but was filming *"I Know What You Did Last Summer"* at the time causing her to be *unavailable* and *replaced* by *Sandra Hess.*

The second one was mor athletic with better stunts.
