Funny how each successive Hadern fight takes less and less time for him to beat. He had to dance with that first one for quite a while, and then the rest he just bullied.
Great work! Weapon combos combined with Hardening, parry and weapon skills can make combat in this game really smooth! PS: actually when Imrod tosses burning body if you stand close to him enough you can just attack him without dodging because he would 100% miss at point blank.
To be fair this game kind of easy and doesn't have as big learning curve as Sekiro does. That being said, I'm looking forward for you to decimate bosses in this game with style , just like you did in Sekiro!
A question: How do you deal with the very quick double mace swing from the fire boss where you are near him? Do stand in a specific location so that it doesn’t hit you? Or are you confident you can harden against that move on reaction?
When he infuses his mace with fire and swings it twice? He only does that attack if you are in a fairly good distance from him, so you can react by either dodge backwards or running backwards, if you are good against that boss you dont even need to be that far way from him most of the time and youll have plenty of time to react to it anyway.
@@hefdjwewj Yeah I think they could do some really good work with more resources. But I also know Hollow Knight was made by four people, and it's still massive with something like 45 bosses altogether. So I don't know how to feel about it.
There's so many dark souls clones but none seem to be able to touch it. A lot of people don't even play the game, they just watch streamers, because it's entertaining. Among the soulsborne games, bloodborne and sekiro are the most engaging to watch from a style and combat perspective. Even as an unjaded spectator who has never seen this game, this game looks super clunky and boring. It's like making clay dolls out of mud and watching them fight in a muddy puddle.
The move he uses to stun lock is a weapon specific upgrade. It needs 2 bars of that yellow meter (resolve) to use. Different shells generate resolve at different rates, having no shell builds it relatively quickly as you can see. The move itself is guaranteed stun lock on ALL enemies. Pretty cheese strat but the final boss is annoying enough as is.
Hey ongbal, I was wondering if you think which one is harder. Sekiro or mortal shell? I know both are extremely easy for you but in your opinion which one is harder?
Even before playing dark souls .....i really liked the design of levels and bosses when watching it .........FromSoft lacked good graphics in first dark souls but it still looked amazing .......but i cant say the same fr mortal shell .......it looks like we r fighting everyone in some empty void ............ and i dont think being lore friendly is answer fr everything
