I have done also a video in my channel about that with TAEG or APRC. I specify to keep most of the decimals which help to have the right results

hi, if you have the years fo your mortgage 10 years 20/30 ...just need to do years x 12 months for instance 30 years =30x12= 360...If I get your question, hope can helps...bye
