Sir you have interchanged the definition of mortgagor and mortgagee it's the opposite sir, mortgagee is the one who gives loan and mortgagor is the one who takes the loan.
Please listen carefully. At 2.4 1, I have told clearly that one who keeps the mortgage property to acquire mortgage loan is the mortgagor. You are right and I have also told the same ☺️😊 At 7.34 I again repeated it with image
