Good video but there were a few big mistakes and what you said. At one point you said your M38 was in an original stock but it is clearly an m44 stock as you have the bayonet cut out on the right side. Also you kept saying the M38 doesn't have a cleaning rod while you're pointing the camera right at the cleaning rod
ha Koba49 I have a Mosin 91/59 1943 Izzie un issued and I payed about $250 for it and it is a great shooting rifle and I also have a M44 1945 Mosin as well, I enjoy your mosin posted and thanks
One bit of information that you did not mention is that your M38 has an M44 stock on it, which makes it less desirable for some to the M38 with the original stock.
I favour the 91/30s for accuracy. The only carbine I've kept is my 91/59 (shorten down 91/30), which I scored at a gun show. I agree, it's not worth nearly a thousand dollars.
