Evern if they lay roads twice as good quality as anywhere it will never last. Cold weather will destroy it with two years. If the same was built in tropical or in equator they would last atleast 5 years or more. They have make cark like crazy because severe cold can make metals brittle sorta like glass but harder.
@@egbertandrew8435 have you have been in Canada or northen european country? And that is not an excuse, Russia is huge and have warm areas and the roads are really bad there also.

In the past (not far by the standards of archeology), most of the territory of Russia was occupied by a huge glacier up to a mile high, 10 thousand years ago this glacier melted and the place that the glacier occupied turned into many swamps In Canada, the same thing, where there used to be a glacier, dirt roads turn into a mess, which is what lovers of the harsh Canadian off-road use.
