I knew Mr Wiles when he first came to Muskogee in about 1989. He was the new band director at Alice Robertson Jr High school. I was a band student in high school and knew all the band directors in the public school system. Mr Wiles is a gifted music teacher and well liked by his students. I haven't seen Mr Wiles since I graduated high school some 27 years ago but remember him very well. This video is great but to hear him whistle in person is truly amazing. I can harmonize too, but I use a different technique. More or less I combine a palatial and pucker whistle. Never tried separating the airstream into two like this. Looks tricky!
