Great information, we've only been living in AZ for two years and have planted a bunch of citrus, two pomegranate, two fig, six Moringa and one Persian mulberry tree with pretty good success. Thank you for sharing.

I'd be curious about plotting production vs. water consumption for these plants.

Hi Joe, I think we’re headed to an even hotter one this year. I’m in Tucson and we’ve been in the 100’s a lot all ready and May just ended.

Ok I have a question.... my mulberry trees older leaves are having the leaves turn brown on the edges.... yellow then fall off... is this something I should worry about? It’s my first year growing a mulberry tree.

Blaynes Blog Are you in Phoenix area? I wouldn’t worry about older leaves dropping right now. How old is the tree?

A lot of times (so I've been told) as the new growth is growing the older will die off...... natural

I haven't tried to grow Kiwi, but have seen others try and it typically doesn't do well here.
