Hi Amy Marie! I am new to your channel, but am really enjoying it! I also have enjoyed the Rosie's Kitchen Mystery series and am looking forward to the next one. I really like the sound of Peg and Rose Solve a Murder and Because I Could Not Stop for Death. Have a great week!
I’m also looking forward to The Plot and the Pendulum. Some other books I’m looking forward to are A Good Dog’s Guide to Murder by Krista Davis, Whiskers and Lies by Sofie Kelly, The Crime That Binds by Laurie Cass, and A Book Club To Die For by Dorothy St James. So many great cozies coming up!
@@bookswithamymarie The Paws and Claws mystery series is one of my favorites. I even emailed Krista Davis asking if the town was based on a real place. She responded within minutes and said that is the number one question she gets asked.
Thanks for the list! I saw several I am interested in, but I need to catch up on their series first. I thought the Abby Collette series about the fraternal twins sounded intriguing.
Currently reading the eARC of Because I Could Not Stop Death and enjoying it but it's definitely different from Amanda Flowers other cozies I have read. So far it has that darker cozy historical feel, not graphic, but historical topics of the time like Slavery which makes it a tad darker in tone. So can't wait for the new Library Lovers series!! 😃
I've only read in the Diva series by Krista Davis. Also, with Rhys Bowen, have you read in both of her series? I'm wondering if you favor the Molly Murphy or the Royal Spyness? Laurien Berenson had a very long dog-centered cozy series before this one, perfect for dog lovers. And the Emily Dickinson, one of my top favorite poets. Wow, thank you for today. I had to edit this to answer the thought about covers. I know that the recent flood of rom-coms feature a bright colored cartoonish illustrations.
I favor the Royal Spyness mysteries by a hair, but mostly because I love the English setting. They are both amazing! I've noticed that too about the covers! I'm not sure what I prefer - I think the illustrations with vivid colors. Thank you for watching Rita! 💜
