Can‘t wait for one of you. Recently finished Jackal and the story was so clever. The ending was a bit all over the place, but I‘m still hyped about reading more by Adams 😀

I may have mentioned this already (I think I did during the live bookclub video) but I really, enjoyed The Gathering! I feel like CJ Tudor could write a grocery list and I'd give it 5 stars, though :P And fwiw The Midnight Feast is my favorite Lucy Foley yet! (And the Josh Malerman book was quite literally the freakiest thing I have ever read in my life!) I've got so many other NetGalley titles from this list I haven't gotten to yet though, yikes. I am SO intrigued by Butter, that one definitely caught my interest and I'd never heard of it before. Just put it on hold at my library and entered the Goodreads giveaway, who knows I might win! (My copy of Tender is the Flesh is actually a Goodreads giveaway win!)

I read One of Us Knows. It was ok. I caution that various personalities give the narration. So, you will listen to a teenage personality and a very young child. Also, the narration occasionally becomes educational. The explanations about DID pull you out of the story and, to me, were heavy-handed.

first. thank you for not having hundreds of messages in your inbox, I know it's not mine but whenever people do videos like this and show their goodreads and there's tonnes of messages? why? second. for reasons, that I don't know, I kind of just assumed that C J Tudor was a guy. c. I'm curious about a few of these, but it'll depend on Libby if I actually read any of them.
