My mother has taken a flat via bank loan in Huda sector in which I am also co applicant as bank would not finance non earning person. Can I apply for affordable housing under priority 3 as my mother appearing as owner in conveyance deed as well as in Property ID.
If you have already got one affordable, then can you apply another one? Also, if the parents have property on their names in delhi/ncr, can they apply too for affordable?
