That’s actually a good question. The answer is that a symbol conveys meaning without any relationship to the language of the people it was created by or for.

Seeing the same symbols isn't the same as reading. You can recognize symbols at different places but you don't know what they mean

Seeing as all of Hawaii is an extremely tectonically and volcanically active place....i would assume that has something to do with it. I'm not saying it's impossible for it to be aliens or something supernatural....but it is far more likely, given the location, that it is just a natural phenomenon caused by the local volcanic/tectonic activity. It's also a key military installation with many aircraft flying overhead, some possibly experimental. So what you experienced was likely some geological phenomenon, or sonic booms from new/experimental aircraft.

You are 100% correct. That is exactly what it is. This sword probably translates to "fuckboy, 100% virgin, lol" and the owner paid a castle's price for it hahaha. It's a bad replica of a norse "Ulfbert" sword, which were famous and sought after across Europe for centuries. The nonsense runes inscribed on it mimic that of a true norse blacksmith's work....and poorly. I am a nerd about this stuff and a blacksmith myself. It just makes me laugh anytime i see a fake Ulfbert on the internet.....like someone got trolled by a person that died at least 7 centuries ago lol.

Looks a lot like a fake of a norse "Ulfbert sword" which were famous and sought after all throughout Europe for centuries. Many non-norse European blacksmiths between the 7th and 18th century would make fakes like this and inscribe them with nonsensical runes to make them look real because they were more valuable than gold at the time. A true Ulfbert sword was worth a castle's price back then, so it's only logical that people made fakes to get rich.

@@crownofhair well a conspiracy the act of conspiring together is an agreement in secrecy.. and a theory is something that is not able to be proven true has by their word usages been used wrongly for a while. people could conspire to do something good or bad. but once this plan or plot is no longer done in private then it is not a conspiracy. now it's just a plan or plot. and when there is proof and evidence of public records of the exact plan and people say what they intend to do then it is no longer a theory but fact. So I'm just saying those words were made into a slogan for people to slap it on something they find doubtful but have not taken the time to look into. @@Bleakheart26 yes I am aware of these things and agree. The definition of conspire includes "To join or act together; combine." Which means it doesn't HAVE to be secret to be a conspiracy. It can be an open conspiracy or a hidden one. It starts as a theory if not able to be proven outright, but evidence suggests conspiracy. Clearly you know this and it appears we are on the same page. I do leave room for nuance since not all conspiracies are secret. Also the term conspiracy theorist was weaponized after JFKs assassination to dismiss anyone who questioned the narrative.... and it's remained the same weaponized tool since. There are certain words and phrases I don't even use anymore simply because of how they've been weaponized or loaded. It is obvious to me when someone isn't aware of these historical facts bc they indiscriminately apply the term conspiracy theory to anything that is too hard for their mind to accept as possibility, let alone Truth.
