He uses the mobility equipment because how fast does he traverse his tank, and do to the fact that in aiming his gun depression alignment is not a lot.

brother i main is7 for tier 10 and type 71 is utterly broken OP tank. Traverse speed of a medium and armor profile like an is4 makes this tank almost impenetrable when its wiggling. slight movement will change the entire frontal armor red and the side armor. I can go on and on about how type 71 have everything better than your average heavy tank. Almost quitted the game because of how many people abuse this tank in asia server. it makes very less competition, meaning type 71 will dominate the heavy flank most of the time. Nothing can come close to become as broken as type 71 when it first come out.
It just no need nerf again when i play type71 this tank is too bad for 1vs1 or hulldown or long rnage because has weakspot in ring , cupola, it make this tank is just good at out manueverinh
