Cats are some of the best predators nature has created. Agile, strong, claws, teeth. Everything is designed to reliably kill creatures that are much larger than themselves.
Almost the same thing came up on my mind. She is not defending her dog but strangling it. Specially that try to escape is not very clever. But it is easy to criticize and I must admit to defend the dog on the leash is not that easy. And when you unleash it then the dog could run away. It depends on the dog. Anyway it is about the defending the dog and not killing cat.
They are one the smaller "big cats" that 'doesn't roar" like Leopards & Jaguars can: - the Snowleopard is similar in size tho the smallest is the Clouded leopard...!
@@blackthorne3004 Puma is a "big cat", just not classified one of thee "Big Cats", who must roar to be in that man made club, Puma scream yet are larger on average then Leopards who can roar...! Largest Puma rcorded is 276lbs, tho quite a few prime males hit close to or over 200lbs = which is huge for Leopards...!
@blackthorne3004 Well let's release a wild 200lber-[used to killing 1,000lb bull elk + moose] into your house tonight that hasn't eaten for a week and see how "little" you think it is...lol
I have NEVER understood why Deers have not developed a defense mechanism or poison other than running. You would think after thousands of years of existance and being attacked that Deer would have claws, permanent horns and extra sharp teeth along with incredible strong muscles to combat at the very least small bobcats. But, they don't. WTF !!
I have hunted for decades and never seen a bobcat while hunting. One morning I left my hunt club and was driving home on a two lane rural highway. A large bobcat was sprinting from my left it was slightly elevated and leapt onto the road with one jump landing in the middle and instantly bounced and went through the air across the road and through the trees on the other side. I didn't see where it landed but just think of seeing it flying into the trees... It happened so fast if I would have looked down to change the radio stations I would have missed it.
Smart of you to have noticed...! Then imagine the ferocity of a 600-700lb Siberian Tiger taking down a 600-700lb dangerous Russian boar or Brown bear(same as Grizz)
I saw a bobcat thursday at the parking lot in Westborough MA he was fearless and laid down on the grass looking at me, he was stalking in the grassland probably looking for a meal, there are many deer now in MA.
That clip of the linx jumping on the deers head is posted elsewhere, showing the full clip of the linx getting beat up and running off because it was stupid. The other clip of the linx defeating a deer is a different scinario with a smaller weaker deer which this uploader has tacked on to try to fool viewers.
There's Bobcat and there's Lynx Bobcats are slightly smaller with regular length legs from southern Canada thru the U.S. into Mexico, in both forrsts and deserts: Lynx have extra long legs for far northern deep snows, extra wide large paws also easier to traverse dee0 xsow and have extra long tufts on their ears...!
The one who flew to these locations and took these videos had many expenses to film these videos. They paid for flights to this countries, paid for hotel rooms, paid safari guides to take them to these locations to see these animals. They paid for the equipment. They took a lot of risks traveling. The Ben Sojo channel had none of the expenses that the one who filmed it did. This Channel has gotten many views off of other creator’s videos. The Ben Sojo Channel is completely dishonest and hurts real creators by stealing their content without permission.
Thats Not true pitbulls are strong, but nothing more than a Snack for my dog.and a bobcat won't take down a 100kg dog that was bred to take down Wolfs, wildboar and even brownbear.we can bet on that, u'll bester have some money ready
@@ps-zb6dg U got everything wrong. It Was said if 2 pit's got beaten by a bobcat, no other breed will stand a Chance. And thats Not true. There Was a dogo argentino that killed a puma to save 2 children and survived. I would never force my dog to fight 4 fun, but if he is forced by an attack, believe me, hell would give his all.and a bobcat wouldn't stand a Chance.
@@chucknofisk9240 dogo myths are shit, they cant kill puma without help from humans or other dogs. Dogos are just meat for wolves may be a caucasian shepherd would stand a chance . Dogos are just match for killing wild boars, but still they need help😀
