Lactose free milk has added sugar, not healthy for cats, only water or juice from meat.

Im someone that works in the milk industry... lactose intolerance means your body no longer produces Lactase which is an enzyme that "cuts" lactose in its different parts. The body of a mammal produces it naturally right after birth and will continue to do so if you keep drink milk with lactose. Meaning if you stop drinking milk thats where the intolerance comes from (with some exeptions from pills) because the body no longer needs to produce it. So it might be a good idea to drink a cup of milk everyday starting after stopping with breast milk, to have a lowered chance of becomming intolerant. Im german so sorry for mistakes, hope i made it understandable.

one good thing to know is that even if its an indoor cat, youre supposed to wash it every 4-6 weeks
