I have made it my own personal little mission to actively compliment people when they smell good! I’m usually so shy but the more I do it, the easier it gets! And I love making peoples day bc i know if I get a compliment, I am FEELING myself 😆
I don't think people don't wear perfumes. I think perfumes nowadays are ridiculously weak and only people in the fragrance community tend to overspray. Majority of people think we can smell them but we cannot because perfumes nowadays are WEAK and if you don't overspray, they don't project
That’s true. I also noticed that some people will only wear perfume for like a special occasions or parties and stuff like that but I think I’m just so used to overspraying so that I can fill up a room. Most people don’t put perfume like body mist 😅😂
This is my experience: at work, the people who compliment my perfumes are the closests, but once they compliment my fragrances in front of other people, the other starts to compliment it as well. 😂
I get compliments on the original Daisy, Versace Dylan Purple and Turquoise, and the other one is Victoria Secret "Wicked" I think that's the name. I'm at work now.
I agree, my light fruity or aquatic scents don't get noticed often. Usually its the beast mode scents lol. The only exceptions r: Burberry Her EDP Montblanc signature EDP Ellis Brooklyn Apple Love But I'm gonna wear all my aquatic, fruity scents anyway! 😜
I barely get compliments but this weekend I got a compliment from a guy. I was wearing Phlur Moonstone. Yes I overspray since bodymist. Surprised it lasted that long.

I've noticed that I don't smell perfume on a lot of people as well or only faintly. Seems like a good amount of people do have perfumes, but maybe they only spray it sparingly? I love to notice a GOOD projecting perfume lol.
