@@amaan1549Humans make language, so subsequently language changes and the proper usage between “x and me” and “x and I” has been lost among the mainstream for years now. So yeah, you could use both and practically no one would bat an eye - but if you can phrase things undeniably correct (in this case “x and I”), why not do so, yk?
@@JibbyDE which means it's a substitute. subtitute doesn't mean it's supposed to be sugar free. A substitute teacher isn't a plumber. it's a teacher. honey is a sugar. it substitutes for.....sugar.
@@juniorosborne1470this is meant to be high protein, so it is good for people who hit the gym and maybe wanna loose some weight, I think for the stevia could maybe be the better option.
We did this, true to your directions. The chicken was SO WET that we needed way more than 40g of cornflour. When we put it in the oven, cos it was wet, it took longer to crisp up and so the chicken was stupidly dry. It’s a MAJOR FAIL.
@@threechanttt I tried it with 800grams. but you're gonna need alot more cornflour then. Or use less/no egg. Would probably try leaving out 3/4 or the whole egg next time I try.
I made it with 1kg of chicken and I think the soy is too much, maybe half that and like 2 quarter the sugar and honey, but it was a banging meal thank you for the recipe, added to my gym prep
@@Hydra_Head I actually made it for dinner last night, and I cooked it in the oven how he suggested, and then put it in a pan with the sauce and got it nice and crispy!!! It turned out really yummy 😊😊
