Same for me and many others. Seems like a polarizing games. You either ignore the faults (which there are admittedly quite a few of; the game is by no means a technical masterpiece) and fall in love, or just get hung up on said faults and are left disappointed. I'm completely used to games with bad framerates (loved the souls games), don't mind the letterbox at all (Dragon's Dogma was another one of my most recent favorite games), and can forgive a game's unrefined facade if it has as much substance underneath the surface as TEW did. So I ended up loving it. If you were expecting something to compete with RE 4 just because it had the same director behind it I feel like you were set up for disappointment.
I’m surprised you talked negatively about Alien: Isolation. It’s honestly one of my favorite games of the decade (and among the best horror games of all time). IMO it nails the retro-futuristic aesthetic perfectly (still looking better than most AAA games that come out today) with a pretty solid story that sadly kind of falls apart near the end. I like how it incorporates immersive sim elements pretty seamlessly as well. Yeah it was pretty buggy at least on launch, and it has some of the now-overdone AAA videogame elements like shallow crafting (albeit still done a lot better where it actually encourages exploration and backtracking to find new recipes). Calling it a “buggy mess” is overly harsh imo. I can still remember when people were talking negatively about Alien Isolation (in the aftermath of Colonial Marines) and positively about The Evil Within prior to both games’ launches, after which everyone was pretty surprised how they actually turned out.
I absolutely love alien isolation. It’s not the best but it knows the source material and fits the atmosphere of the first movie perfectly. The alien’s AI was great and didn’t have a real pattern to its movements. I never experienced any bugs while playing either.
To everyone complaining, There is a difference between “worst” and “most disappointing”. The latter describes products that seemed like they were going to be good. A game doesn’t have to be terrible to be disappointing.
Eh obsidian lost some of my respect when they took the epic exclusive deal onna game thats suppose to be a negative perspective on corporatism. Seemed hypocritical.

The Evil Within is actually pretty decent, I think it will grow over time. I still have fond memories of its gameplay, in my opinion its a very underrated game
The Evil Within. I agree with the derivative nature of the game. I couldn't even get past the first 20 minutes. The game mechanics are a dumbed-down pastiche of AAA titles, which translates into a totally lack of freedom, agency nor creativity by part of the player. Interaction is rendered senseless, a convoluted way of passing from point A to B, going from page 1 to 2 through visceral yet empty action set-pieces.
Iván Méndez Ortiz lack of freedom and point a to b is what tons of horror games are about. I personally like them that way rather than have an open world. Takes the horror out of it imo

Hard to be disappointed by a game you know is crap. New Colossus had every chance of being great. Youngblood was always going to be bad. He probably didn't play Youngblood, hence not being on the list.

The (most likely) answer to why P5S looks much better than Berserk is because it's different teams. Berserk was done by the usual licensing team of Omega Force (coincidentally, they also did Hyrule Warriors albeit together with Team Ninja so we now have two incredibly inconsistent studios) whereas P5S is being done by the same team that did Toukiden and Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2. They usually don't announce who is doing what but you can tell from the producers of each. And considering Toukiden 2 AND DQH2 came out in 2016 they probably would rather use their most expendable studio for something that's not exactly a prestige project (as in, neither their own original IP nor an IP owned by another studio they possibly want to get rehired by).
@singularon1 Op Raccon city is like the better big brother to WWZ released last year. Its left 4 dead in third person. Its tried to be this and it worked. I wouldnt call it disappointing. Its not exactly from the caliber of re4 and 7, but its not a shitshow FCA game like the classics, or a copy like re revelations 2(from the evil within).. If i had to pick most disappointing? mass effect andromeda, no mans sky, the outer worlds, fear 3, dragon age inquisition. I agree with some points of the video, with disagree with others. Basically the criteria for disappointing is expectations vs reality. It doesnt have to be anything special, just as long as it doesnt stray from what was promised.
I never did consider Umbrella Corp a sequel to anything, it was just a multiplayer spin off. I actually had a lot of fun the first week it dropped when everyone was trying it. It was no masterpiece, but it was fun. People wanted it to be something it was never meant to be though.
Its mostly people being positive that Bioware might rebound from 3 and make something alot better especially considering the huge budget. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.
The Evil Within, the first one to be exact, is still one of the most unique, fun, and challenging survival horror games to me. Dead Space 3 was a fun action shooter, and every single dead space has a dozen microtransactions so the argument "it has microtransactions" is completely dumb.
My only real complaints about Dead Space 3 three was that it didn't take place is space after the first couple of hours unlike the previous two which were in space the basically the whole time and how you couldn't complete the entire game solo because of those areas that require a P2 to even explore.
Evil Within is excellent. RE4 is one of my favorite games of all time, and I think TEW1 is a perfect sequel to that, it's fantastic. The first two chapter are the worst, and yeah on launch it was broken, but if you play it now and give it another chance it's fantastic. I don't really care about the story in it, it was fine.

Lol it's not a millitary shooter. It had cover-based sections, but it still followed a similar structure to previous games. The problem was that they made the game really easy and unbalanced, destroying tension. It felt like an uncharted title carrying the baggage of a Resident Evil 4 clone. It was still enjoyable though. Quite fun, actually.
EA in a nutshell unfortunately. This is the same company that Makes billions per year on FIFA ultimate packs and cannot afford to keep visceral games open apparently. 🤷🏻♂️

The Evil Within is a solid title. Horror isn't comfortable. I'll give you the terrible framerates, but overall is a terrific survival horror Edit : And the second one? It just dissed on the original game's concept to be more open world, more casual friendly
Stephen King honestly the artsy side of Evil Within was pretty annoying. The letterbox and film grain did not work. I do like the game and love the sequel.

I genuine loved the second one. I was not a fan of the first but I could see why the draw was there, but the second really opened it up and made the characters so much better. (Also it definitely is linear, not open world, it just has the small town which has several approaches to the same objectives.)

The Opinionist I actually despised how they implemented the taken king tho, they made everyone ones loot shit unless you but the taken king which gives you better loot, I enjoy destiny as it’s a chilled out game doing quests and not thinking to much so I sunk many hours getting good gear to then be given shitty commons that are better and they only way to get top gear weapons was to buy the taken king

They gave out a season pass for 2 expansions and then the next 2 they had us pay extra just like with the first destiny. It's dispecable because everyone fell for the same trap with the added bonus of feeling stupid after they made it free to play. Bungie basically told everyone who paid $60 at launch and $34 for the expansion pass "Thanks for paying asshole" and made the main story with the first 2 expansion for free.

I am probably one of the few that enjoyed the firt evil within more than the second. I like more linear games and despite the technical flaws I had a blast playing it. It was a great survival horror experience for me.
Same here, and while I don't mind non-linearity, TEW2 felt like a half-assed attempt to capitalize on the open-world trend (the 2nd half of it was good though). TEW1 is just a far more focused and creative game tbh
Personally, I prefer the second one, I’ve just never really found the first one scary. And I never really enjoyed the unforgiving difficulty of the first game. But the second one scared the hell out out of me, and toned down the difficulty.
The xbone version is fine, the versions that blew were the previous gen ones. So many people played those and didn't get the true experience of an amazing game. I'll get assassinated but imma say it- I like it better than re4
Had high requirements for PC. Made me spend more money on hardware(it was time i upgraded anyway)....and it saved me from a lot of headaches till today . But yeah, it was very fun to play. Not the dlc though...
The Evil Within and Alien Isolation maybe disappointing to you and I respect your opinion but many people will say otherwise including me. They are one of the best survival horror games I have ever played.

remisan I wasn’t trying to be funny, this list is most disappointing, not worst. A game doesn’t have to be bad to be disappointing. For example, Dead Island isn’t a bad game, but it was disappointing because the trailer made people think the game was going to be an emotional masterpiece, but it was just a regular zombie shooter, not a bad one, just disappointing. Alien Isolation was a huge disappointment at launch because everyone was extremely hyped for it and it was a buggy, unplayable mess at launch.

Easily my most disappointing games of the last decade are Halo 5 and the Evil Within, 2 of my most hyped games ever (a sequel and a spiritual successor to my 2 favorite game series) which both ended up feeling painful to me for a variety of reasons. There are plenty of other disappointments I've had though. Dead Space 3, Resident Evil 6, Destiny, Halo 4, Killzone SF, Wolfenstein 2, Star Wars BF 2, Aliens CM, FF15 but nothing in the past decade urks me in the same way Halo 5 and the Evil Within did.
Loved Evil Within 1 and 2. Great atmosphere that was creepy! Completed both. Neither were perfect but they both did what I expect from a good Horror game. The people who were murdered and then were set on a loop in time of them dying in The Evil Within 2 was really creepy, and scary as I was walking into the picture in time. There was plenty of atmospheric times like that through both games. Very enjoyable!!!
When I first played outlast 2 I really thought that I was the problem but once I found out the game was just ass, that's when the disappointment hit me
I was shocked at how bad Hitman Absolution was when I got it. I completed the first 2-3 missions, put it down, and never came back to it. In comparison to all the other Hitman games, which I beat multiple times for fun.
When I played Evil Within 1, I liked it because it was scary enough to play when playing at night, home alone, with headphones on. Bad mechanics, awful dialogue, and a near nonsensical plot, but the monsters honestly were enough for me to not hate it. I played the DLC because I was on a horror kick and thought, "eh, why not". The I actually thought the Kidmen DLC told a good story, and I liked how it really stressed the "survival" aspect. I loved Evil Within 2. I remember playing the first hour of it and thinking "oh cool, it looks like they are going to try this time"
@Frankie Basile Maybe fir the first half. I was in love with the game when i was running away from Laura (the mid game boss with black hair that crawls, sorry if i forgot her name). I felt like the game really fell off with the atmosphere once everything became bright and i didnt feel like it had the story to make up for it.
I'll agree with you on every game here, as I felt the same, except The Evil Within. Was is disappointing? Yeah, it was a little compared to the hype. But it wasn't THAT disappointing. And it was also one of the games that had an interesting skill ceiling where after several playthroughs, much like RE4, you could time out encounters and set up match throws to make combat much more interesting and satisfying. Evil Within 2 did a MUCH better job in my opinion but ultimately I still think Evil WIthin was fine. Also, I don't agree that just because a feature is "overused" that it's automatically bad. The way Evil Within 1 and 2 use stealth and crafting is fine. There isn't really any other way to use such a mechanic unless they spent another couple of years working on environment programming and adding in dozens of other systems like what Thief had. And that's ultimately not what the game was about. And on the other hand, had they removed stealth, fine... but then everything else would need to be rebalanced and it would pretty much just play exactly like RE4 at that point. So I think Evil Within had a decent mix of mechanics that made it feel fresh in comparison to other RE games it was based on and adding extra tension. The real problem with Evil Within, for me, was the sheer over use of 1-hit deaths. Again, this was rectified with Evil Within 2, but the first game was WAAAY too reliant on instant kill enemies and traps. It got to the point where just running through everything and circle strafing enemies felt more reliable that trying to play careful because you just wasted less time. And a lot of the "fear" goes away when the game just repeatedly kills the player out of nowhere with instant kills. The best horror games (Silent Hill, for example) realize that you don't need to kill people to create tension and horror. In fact, it's almost better to have near-deaths than deaths because you're left with that feeling of satisfaction from escape but the concern that if you hadn't gotten a little lucky you'd have died. This is one of those things movies exploit (as we often know that most if not all characters will die) because it's more about the experience than the result. And the best games understand this as well.
I'll always be a fates stan, got hundreds of hours out of it, loved the castle aspects, the changes to durability and weapon triangles and despite some silliness I felt more attached to the cast of fates than either awakening or three houses regardless. Also had a bomb ass soundtrack which always helps, translation stuff does suck and is genuinely shitty, but a lot of my favourite game suffer butchered translations by nintendo or 8-4, Like NieR or Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door and still end up being influential games I enjoyed a lot despite the originals being preferable when I checked them out later.
It surprised me to see my favorite FE in this list. The points he makes are valid, but its not a franchise that deserves to be judged on story alone. Playing on expert difficulty was great on the Nohr-side, especially on the very last maps against Hinoka, Ryouma and Takumi, finding a way to not let a single character die and still quite challening on the Hoshido-side (even though Ryouma was OP as hell and almost carrying the whole game solo). Since FE Awakening was my first FE, i only played expert on a 2nd run and boy, does it turn into unplayable nightmare fuel midway, enemies casually having around 80hp and oneshotting 90% of your team. Theres alot more i would and could want to say here, but probably not needed yet.
If we're talking regretful purchases, then mine's either Star Wars Battlefront 2 gold edition or Hyrule Warriors for the Switch. They're both games I spent 60 dollars on and immediately realized how repetitive they were and regretted it.
@@Nix-nb3zn I think the gameplay and gunplay was on point The story was awful but I think there's more creative sandbox levels here than people realized. They were just a bit smaller and some I swear you never get to fully realize unless playing in contracts mode. A level look the courthouse for example has tons of hidden areas and disguises. But in the campaign you never needed to explore any of it. So I do understand why it's the black sheep. I just happened to still love it aa a fan. However the 2 most recent ones have been the best ones.
@@Huss_D I had been a fan since Hitman 2, but I was pretty young when I was playing those original games What absolution did for me was get me to realize the genius behind these games I replayed the HD trilogy shortly after it came out and had a whole new respect for them. Mostly because I was finally smart enough to actually play them as puzzle games instead of fumbling my way about them as awkward shooters lol
@@adamdavis1737 I think the fact it was a bit linear helped me because it made it easier to play. And when I realised that the fun part of the game is replaying the levels and trying different ways to kill the target, I fell in love with the game. The two new hitman games are superior by far, but I think I might have been overwhelmed by them if Absolution hadn’t eased me in to the stealth gameplay. Some my favourite levels were the shooting range, the china town market and the court house. They were so fun to replay. Hitman has become one my favourite game series, and it’s all due to me taking a chance on Absolution when I found it in a discount rack at a Kmart one day.

I didn’t have problems that you mentioned in the game. I didn’t mind the letter box but they did change it down the road.
Legit Fire Emblem Fates almost made me give up on the series after Awakening grabbed me by the balls. Plot, characters, maps, almost nothing gave me the same feeling Awakening did. If Echoes was as good as it was, and Three Houses being even better, I might’ve dropped the series entirely, all because Fates was so blah.
Serah Highwind I actually recommend conquest if you like the gameplay of awakening particularly on lunatic but if you can’t get into a game without narrative investment then I understand staying away
Conquest was absolutely awesome if hard as tumorous iron balls. I can't comment on Birthright or the third hidden path but Conquest was a proper Fire Emblem through and through.

Fallout 4. When you come from NV with such complexity in dealing with the npcs and so many dialogue options to a mass effect style control wheel and the complexity of maple story you are bound to piss off people. The game isn't really Bad but it's also nothing that we really wanted a sequel to be, hence dissappointing.
Obsidian was founded by fallout 1 and 2 creators who made NV for bethasda. Fallout 4 is more in line with Fallout 3 as they are games made by them. This is why most say Outer Worlds is the new fallout as its better crafted and is made by the team behind NV.
Outlast 2 was such a disappointment. They literally substituted the concept of immersive stealth gameplay for trial/error. One of the worst designed sequels I've ever play.

The camera mechanic was a novel idea for the time, and there was more strategy involved in navigating the environment. In Outlast 1 the chase mechanics were based on: "running - hiding - waiting - sneaking," while Outlast 2's chase mechanics were based on: "running - whoops you took the wrong path and died lol - repeat until you reach the next checkpoint."
The Evil Within 1 and 2 are my personal favorites in the survival action-horror sub-genre. I definitely understand the gripes on its story, but, to me, it's a series worth looking back on with fondness. There's a lot to love with both! It's sad to see Shinji Mikami leave Tango Gameworks. I'm no longer sure if a third game will ever even be made. Oh, and, yes, I still play both games until now.
Aliens Colonial Marines 2013. Gearbox and Randy Pitchford were truly diabolical with this one. Please Remaster Aliens Vs Predator 2 2001, Nightdive Studios. Also, Wolfenstein Youngblood and New Colossus. Killed my most beloved FPS franchise. Glad you can still play Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Wolfenstein The New Order and The Old Blood.
I feel like games where your in an enclosed space such as a building (As in Outlast 1) are much scarier. Outlast 2 is not too scary because if you see an enemy, just run run run in the other direction, whilst outlast 1 would plundge you into situations with some giant dude in a highly compact corridor, and your need to run into a room and juke or try find a way around him, instead of just running 20 meters in the other direction
Yes, The evil within at launch was a product filled with problems(solved now), but as a game it is still one of the greatest experiences i have ever had with horror games(one of my favorite genres), the setting, the enemy designs, the tension and anxiety it builds, and the story(which is told vaguely on pruporse). The combat and the progression system are nothing new but they still work and are fun.
The reason Berserk and the Band of the Hawk had no effort is because it has the same issue as Fairy Tail PS4: the creators underestimated how much people would've liked it. so because they thought it wouldn't make money, they didn't put any effort into it.

The Evil Within aka Psycho Break is a gem. I recognize its flaws and remember vividly what a glitched mess it was at launch (Bethesda must've insisted it), but like Mikami's best, it has a tone that is uniquely its own. The decades old setting of a mental asylum replete with items of a bygone era merged with a contemporary urban landscape creates a mood like very few. The game is also intensely challenging. It never reaches the heights of RE4, but when it's at its best, it hinges on greatness. Even though the sequel improved on the technical presentation, I don't feel like it tried as hard to be different, instead going for a more routine approach in its gameplay (the small open-world segments for one) and less interesting emphasis on narrative where the original relied heavily on ambiguity to constantly keep you in the dark to what was happening at any given moment.
20:27 okay but to be fair that was a problem with the original Outlast too because I’m pretty sure at some point Miles gets two of his fucking fingers cut off from each hand and the only consequence is he throws up a little and goes back to what he was doing.
I can understand the disappointment and confusion around Outlast 2 and I think a lot of it comes from the story of the game. The story in Outlast 1 was for the most part pretty grounded (your a reporter who gets a tip to investigate a asylum but then things go wrong not that convoluted) I went into Outlast 2 hopping for a direct pick up from that but instead found something very different. I was at first turned off by this but after my 2nd playthrough I began to appreciate the game more for it's differences from the first game ( also Outlast trials is a spin-off Outlast 3 is apparently still happening as it's own game)
When you said sequels to existing game series never end up good when it gets out sourced to a different company did you forget metal gear rising revengeance it was out sourced to platinum games and not made by kojima productions.
It's a spin off tho. The issue is normally an out sourced main entry. In this case the spin off was the good game while the next main entry afterwards was a piece of crap.
Dead Space 1 and 2 were glorious playing them over and over and seeing the progression of a series I knew the third game had some worries. I saw the coop feature and my interest soured instantly giving me RE5 flashbacks of gimping a game so the enjoyment has to lean on coop rather than the option of coop as a feature.
To me the most disappointing game of this decade was Kingdom Come Deliverance. I had been waiting for it since it was announced and I was really excited because it's a brutal and realistic openworld medieval rpg. I love everything about the aesthetic and design but the gameplay and the controls were just constantly fighting with me, and the numerous glitches were funny but a lot of them were game breaking too. The game has one of the most retarded main characters that to took me out of the experience. I had played like 3 hours straight of that game but it still felt like a tutorial. I know they have improved the game a lot more since it was released but that first experience was so abysmal.
Ah I’m sorry to hear that, because that was one of the most surprising gems of the decade for me. I loved mastering the sword play and finding a good set of armor. Plus, the DLCs were pretty cool. It’s definitely a game that’s not for everyone, though, because I recommended it to my buddy (who usually has the same taste in games as me) and he didn’t like it.

The worst thing about dead space 3 is the fact its not even viscreal's fault. Co op was pushed by EA, EA forced them to make 3, forced them to make it co op, and i dont remember exactly but i think visceral also had told EA that they needed more time but were denied. So yeah as usual EA killed a game franchise and a entire studio due to "add co op or we wont pay you"
Mine are probably: - FFXV (original release): An extremely empty open world with basic combat that lacks impact and a story that was butchered into DLCs, a movie and an anime. People say the Royal edition is better, but I really doubt it. - KH3: Honestly I used to defend this game. I heard people saying that it was the worst in the franchise (c'mon, there has been much worse). However, even though I liked the fanservice, the changes to the combat (except for magic, I think that was improved) and bosses feel like such a step down. The pacing is also not that great, with the final moments being really bloated. -TMS#FE: Why is this a crossover again? With that aside, the plot, Itsuki and Tsubasa really aren't anything to praise. The supporting cast had its moments, but they can't carry the game. The combat is fun, although repetitive. This game isn't really that bad, it just could be so much more interesting, even if they decided to keep the idol themes. - Alliance Alive: This pretty much comes down to the combat. It is just so boring and uninteresting. The plot didn't do much for me, even if it was by the guy who did Suikoden - Astral Chain: I can respect this game for trying something new with the combat, but because the move list is so limited, you are kinda stuck with a couple of combos, not to mention how your legion skills are tied to a timer. It honestly feels like one of Platinum's most button mashing games (but I don't know, maybe I just suck).Again, the cast, setting and plot did nothing for me. - Dissidia NT: What is with Square making Final Fantasy style over substance? This game plays worse then a PSP game. I hate 3v3. I hate the new summons. I hate that every character has 1 single HP attack. This game had characters from FF Tactics and Type-0 playable, how can fuck it up like that???
Heitor Batista I personally liked kh3 and FFXV but your points about it (except the combat of kh3 i love formchanges) i can agree with however I disagree wholeheartedly with astral chain. The different legions gave a lot pf variety for me and the sword legions special ability was a nod to platinum’s metal gear rising. The new ideas they brought to the table were amazing and while the story had slow burns the combat is what had me keep going
TheHero346 Actually, I forgot about formchanges. Those were cool, true. My problem is mostly how KH3 seems to love big enemy enemy encounters so you can use AoE attacks and attractions (I know they are optional, but the game is clearly balanced with them in mind) I really tried liking Astral Chain, but even with all the new Legions I felt like my playstyle didn’t change much, and it didn’t result in me getting bad grades on missions. Also, sidenote, but have you had some problem while playing where you wanted to change weapons mid combat, but the detective window opened up? It happened to me a lot and it was really annoying.
@@heitorbatista5392 The ranking system in Astral Chain is weird? But the way it works is that it wants you to utilize a lot of your abilities instead of trying to be incredibly stylish with it. Trust me cause I was fighting multiple enemies and I was getting knocked down over and over and I... got an S rank.
I feel personally attacked after hearing him shit on Alien Isolation. Idk about launch because I got the game about 2 years after release but I’ve beat the story on my PC with max settings about 4 times and never once have I had a bad bug, I think the biggest bug I can recall is a piece of furniture in the game getting stuck in a wall. Other than that it was a masterpiece horror game that had me on the edge of my seat during some moments with a pretty solid story...er...for the most part (the end was kinda wack).
I made a massive video bashing the hell out of The Evil Within and talking about how I liked the sequel more and people flipped out. They never have an argument, they just get really upset and tell you you're nitpicking.

Ähm, EA Battlefront??? I already paid for the game just to preorder it, then pay the actuell price, only to see no single-player, no simple shoot mood, instead I had to kill people and than collect a fkn coin. Did I mentioned that you also have to pay for online on PS4? Well, even if you do, there is just an asshole shooting you across the entire map at the spawn point with an AT-ST. WTF
The video froze up near the beginning so all I heard was “nothing make me think of the early 2010’s” followed by silence and it took me a while to realize that that wasn’t an intentional part of the video
Even the Aliens Colonial Marines CE was only $100 and it came with a cool statue of a marine battling a Queen Xenomorph in a power loader. Gearbox officially went off the buy list after that one for me.
I would’ve expected Hitman Absolution to be on the list but Blood Money basically introduce anyone to the bar code killer but Absolution took six years due to Kane and Lynch and the most bizarre game that IO ever developed
Dead space 3 sucked for sure but I heard the dlc amazing. It's actually scary. You should check it out. It's more like dead space 2 with the visions and ptsd and stuff that made 2 amazing
I completely disagree with TEW1 (probably because I played it waaay after release) but I'm fine with everything else. The 2010's was a sad time for many well established franchises.
@singularon1 And I think that you have extremely low standards. It is unacceptable to me that this game is worse than a nearly 15 year old PS2 game, and it's even more unacceptable that it tried to sell DLC to fix itself, which it didn't even do, and just ended up selling Nomura's FF15 fanfiction instead.
@singularon1 Uh, okay, you said I'm somehow to blame for gaming's bad business practices, even though I didn't indulge in any of them? I'm not sure if I need to respond with anything else, I simply haven't indulged the practices. As for the game being good because everything else is broken... uh.... also no. You seem to be fixated on bad AAA games, while ignoring indie games, which tend to not be broken on launch. And even then, it seem like you should be counting KH3 in with the problem, because you're blaming me for buying it and feeding the machine, so how come you're also not saying KH3's broken as well? What, because you played it? Well, if you played modern games, you'd know that they're way better than KH3.
@@dc7981 Oh, KH2 is trash compared to 2FM, I never said or thought otherwise. It's just that I consider KH3 trash compared to base KH2 still, and shit on the sidewalk compared to 2FM.
While FE Fates is heavily flawed I still find it good. The only bad parts is the localization (which isn't really the developer's fault but the Nintendo localizers) and the story. The story would have been better if rather than 3 paths, they stuck to 2 but near the end the 2 branches would "converge" and share a similar path with minor alterations that depend on chosen version, and fix the conquest part because yeah Corrin felt like an idiot.
I can totally understand this list. I had the same issues with Wolfenstein 2, but actually, it´s a pretty great shooter. Only the balancing was pretty bad. Normal shouldn´t feel like hardcore. I´d say the second lowest difficulty is the best one. It´s not as frustrating as the others but it also doesn´t feel too handholdy. Hopefully they´ll fix this in part 3.
