Hey guys, I've compiled all the links, to all my various sites, in one handy location. Please check it out and follow the ones you're not yet. linktr.ee/mountainrugcleaning Many thanks
Honestly this is about how I always expect the rugs to turn out after ages in bad conditions, and the manufacturer is definitely the one at fault here for that dye bleed. Did another good video!
I think this rug came out really well. One of the main reasons why I love this channel is because the creator (James) and his content is authentic. Cleaning something as filthy and repugnant as a discarded rug from a LANDFILL of all places, is a huge challenge. The results may vary. And that’s the whole point! I love seeing the creative progress and waiting on the edge of my seat to see the final result. Again I think the rug came out nicely but for arguments sake, this particular rug might have won this round but I bet, Mountain Rug Cleaning James wins the next and the next! Either way, the saga continues!! Ps. Still nailing those floor swipes.
I couldn't have put it better myself I love the authentic aspect of his work and the fact that he takes some of the worst I've ever seen and makes them beautiful again and give them a new life is a true gift ion it's self
@@MountainRugCleaning Firstly, I love your videos and there’s no doubt that your the best rug cleaning channel out there however it’s clear a few of your the rugs you’ve cleaned are definitely thrown in mud from before not to say that’s bad and I still agree with the comment it’s just the authentic part i was questioning
@@Roma_Victor Yeah I guess so? For example ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-08JLoyF7rhM.htmlsi=OcOUeZ1OU5cx1K81 . Clearly this is submerged in mud before hand and this isn’t the only one
For what it's worth, I love the way it turned out. The color difference, to me, gives it the UMPH it needs to make it beautiful. Never be disappointed in your talents, sir. You got the skill and patience, own those.
I don’t care what anyone else says, your videos are the most satisfying ones to watch. I love the transformations and the work you do. Thank you for providing me with something to relax after a stressful day.
Absolutely enjoyable to watch! You, sadly, can't prevent the rug manufacturer's from using dyes prone to bleeding, but you certainly do everything you can to turn trash into usable good...and you succeed each and every time!
Started watching these videos only a couple of days ago and i actually like the dimmed colors more on this rug, it makes me think that it has been in a grandparents house and has seen multiple generations of people and has been used a lot, hence the colors have faded. Might sound dumb but that's the vibe i get from it. You did an amazing job as always.
I understand your disappointment after working so hard on this rug. To not get the desired results can be tough to accept. Know this though, James, as a subscriber and lover of your work ethic, I am never disappointed in the final result. Stuff happens, it was out of your control, but it is still a pretty rug and sooooo clean. Love the video! Try not to be so hard on yourself.
I'll never be disappointed by any of the longer videos. Genuinely the only channel i use to help me fall asleep at night, the way you make these types of videos is fantastic. Of course i do go back and actually watch the video fully when I'm awake. Just something about the way you clean is calming in an asmr way.
When you first started, I couldn't imagine what was beneath all the filth. When you finished, I couldn't understand your disappointment. Job well done , I say! Cheers!!
Dude you are great. You are the only person who turns rug cleaning into a show, you have the best camera angles. You are the only one who fulfills your fans' wishes. You always do your job to the best of your ability and this job satisfies your fans. I hope you continue to surprise us with new content and new washing methods.
I have been with you since the beginning. You have grown into such an amazing channel with so many followers. I feel like in just a short amount of time you have dominated the rug cleaning ASMR videos and knocked out the competition. You were the whole reason I started watching ASMR videos. I really hope you’re still donating the rugs to the animal shelter. You used to talk about when you first started the channel. Along with the rug for the children section of the library. It’s great to see how amazing you have gotten. Thank you for sharing these videos. ❤😊🎉
Wow, that is beautiful. Sorry you were disappointed, I was not. Very pretty rug and as always, the R2-Clean-2 is my favorite machine to wash. Great job on this one (seasonal, too).
I would happily have this rug in my house! You are just such a perfectionist! However, Dirt Reynolds in his hat gave me so much joy I barely noticed the rug :D
Dirt Reynolds certainly is stepping up the fashion game with the cowboy hat! Love watching your videos, it's very satisfying watching all the ick come out of the rugs.
I agree with "disappointing ". All that effort and the background color still dinghy blah . The design colors did not pop on this one either. It was pale easter egg color. But the overall result was a million times better than the start. Wonder if the base rug color just was "pale eggshell"? Anyway, it was not your fault. Love your videos
I'm sorry you feel that way about this rug. If it's any consolation, I think you've done an amazing job! During the video, I wasn't even sure if you'd be able to get rid of all the dirt. It seemed like the very essence of the rug was just dirt. I quite like the rug and I'd take it in a heartbeat 😊❤
A friend of mine actually has a almost exact match to this and out side of a few of the blue petals it isn't. Much different then yours it is mostly pastel in color and an off white background. Still and amazing job and amazing video
I think he does an amazing job! You don't know what color it is and I like to guess in the beginning. Once he starts cleaning the rug the colors just pop out! Wow.
Very nice! Came out super clean! Even though you were disappointed with the result, it was still an amazing resurrection of a dead, dirty, disgusting rug. Very satisfying to watch. We missed that vacuumed water dump at the end!
The final product might not be what you want. AND. I love watching you clean the rugs that aren’t covered in slime lololol. Love them all either way. Thanks always.
The rug cleaned up really well and don’t blame yourself for the dye bleed. Dye bleeds happen from time to time when cleaning rugs and it’s usually a result of a problem in the manufacturing process and in no way your fault. Disappointing, yes. Still a pretty rug, though!
Cool pattern on the rug...The colors look sun faded. It's too bad somebody neglected it like that. You can't bring the colors back if they're already gone. It's clean, & that's what matters...
Bring back the little notes :( I just found your channel but I really like the ones that say what product is what and why you do it etc those are cool videos cause I learn stuff too! 😢
I believe this rug came out really good, though I think the off-white/cream color base that was used doesn't seem to help those colors pop out as they should. Dye bleed can happen from time to time, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Another fine job, James, and not disappointed at all! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
it looked very clear and useable. But im sure since your a pro you can see things the rest of us can't. I'd be stunned if I'd given you that dirty rug and gotten the clean one back.
You did a great job! Looks like hte materials the rug was made from weren't the most stain resistant, and the dyes weren't neccesarliy the most resistant. There is a new product I saw on the LLC channel called the great goo. It is like a serious block of jello until you work it in with a good brush. It forces the dirst to release a lot easier. I think a big part of the cleaning problem was the sculpture of hte rug. Makes it a lot harder to get down into the thicker parts, and harder to get the lower parts clean.
Great job, as always! It always freaks me out when the blue soap comes. I know it rinses fully, but I still get anxious seeing how much it changes the color, initially.
Although the viewers watch for many reasons it's good to see the points that make the job mean something to the creator 😂😂 making colors pop!! Now that's a man!
Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with this rug. Yes the colours may not be in best shape but still the result is excellent. You can't know beforehand if a rug is in bad shape. I suppose that's the risk that comes with it but still excellent work.
you know what i think would be cool, if you squeeged the blue soap of the white floor instead of using the hose to do it. just an idea i thought it would be satasfying haha another great vid :D
@@MountainRugCleaningno worries love your vids :D this is my main channel btw so i get the uploading vids life haha your making great content keep it up very relaxing and enoyable!
Hey thanks. I think I'm genuinely going to incorporate this into my videos. Why didn't I think of that haha. BTW I subscribed to your channel. My kids going to love it 😃
@@MountainRugCleaning nice that’s awesome can’t wait to see it! And amazing that’s why we love fun and innocent content so kids can watch us! And thanks for subscribing I subscribed to you also off both my accounts :D I always look forward to your next video and your thumbnails always get me to Insta click haha!! 👍👍
From reading your replies to comments made, i know you were disappointed in the outcome. I, however, was not disappointed in the least! Its a very pretty rug. The colors reminded me of spring. Its clean and smelling good and it will now serve its purpose again! 😊
If the fibers weren't colour-fast in the first place, there's nothing you could have done to prevent the colour bleeding. Considering how utterly filthy it was in the first place, I think it was an excellent result! It's so weirdly fascinating to watch you clean a rug!
I can tell you take great pride i your work James but considering what a lump of 💩 that rug was before you started most folks would agree you did a great job. I'm sure some pets at a local shelter will enjoy laying on it! As my dear late Welsh friend would say "a blind man would love to see it!"😊❤
James, you sounded like you were breathing a little hard. I hope you haven’t been ill. If you have, I hope you feel better. ♥️ I enjoyed this video very much.
Do you think any of the soaps in particular caused the dye bleed, like the blue soap or the white soap? Do you think in retrospect it would have bled dye regardless? Do you think the dirt made the dye bleed? Love the ASMR!
