The guy who looked like he was wearing a diaper is a 15 year old. What he's wearing is a fundoshi, a style of Japanese undergarment. CJ did do a Redo Of A Healer video if you're curious on what he meant, but I warn you, that anime is pretty messed up. What I've heard, Yujiro forced himself to be born early and traumatized his mother to the point that she left to become a nun.

That's pretty much all we know about Yujiros life before Vietnam. However, we do know things about his dad, who, while much chiller, is just as much of a beast as his kid.

If you like stupidly awesome fights you can watch any generation of this anime. the newest version that netflix made is nothing short of beautiful in it's violence. medically impossible sure, but it is anime after all and some of the things the manga made up are ridiculous in comparison to even that.
