This is exactly what I needed! I’m looking to pursue sports journalism…Probably more so on the writing side, but I do wanna learn photography/videography just in case, this was the video for me! Do you say it’s better to learn early or after taking some classes like in high school/college, ot would you say the sooner the better?TYSM again, this REALLY helped, because as there are tons of videography videos out there, there aren’t many sports targeted ones 😂 (subbed)!
i would use if your camera has usb-c port ...then get a smallrig vmount battery the 50 or 99 and use that when you film games or need power on the go ....i use it and have a mount to fit it on my monopod and i use it all game and if it dies then i still have full battery cuz it charged my camera batteries while it was in use ....also get rain covers for ur camera and lens just in case weather happens you dont have to stop shooting the game
Appreciate you sharing your kit! Quick question tho, do you think the Tamron 35-150 is enough for high school football or should I consider getting a 70-200/100-400 as well?
@@DTVprods. bet appreciate it!! Gonna rent the 100-400 to see how that works. Feel like 150mm and 200mm is very redundant so that would give me more variety
