Hey, Vic, theres 2 OVAs about Levi's backstory, called "No regrets". They are really good so i think you should definetly check them out!! Reactors usually watch them at the start of S2 but you can watch them any time really, but the sooner the better i guess 😅

In the manga, Levi is very rough to Historia and basically aggressively forces her to be queen, so the references to her wanting to hit him and then actually hitting him make a little more sense in the manga, but the anime team cut the scene which predates all the stuff.

kenny's backstory didn't hit for me at first, but every time I've watched it since, its been so amazing and rings true to real life super well with regard to everyone being drunk on something to keep on keeping on. and his urge to have some compassion i also find super engrossing
