In first two examples, engine's best move happens to choose the pawn in front of your rook, partially developing it without actually moving it. So it doesn't really contradict your "rule". (Also, should note that when you say "pause the video" in the third example, you don't actually pause your talking and immediately start telling the solution; I didn't react in time and failed to pause before you revealed first move of the solution. Please be careful with it next time...)
