Thank you for your videos! I’m so sad 😢 i made a pause of 1,5 year and now i lost completely the feeling for the boat, all skills and can‘t balance the boat. I follow your instructions and tips. Step by step, i have to learn it again. ❤ lovely greets from germany

This appears to be one way (perhaps the only way?) that the Biorower is different from rowing on the water. Interesting to consider how the Biorower could be modified to allow this reverse rowing. One way would be to have the oars providing load when moved in EITHER direction if the angle of the inboard is one in which the blades would be in the water. And no resistance when the imaginary blades would not be in the water.

5:46 "You have a super quick rise in the force curve without a lot of effort" This is exactly what is meant by getting a good connection at the catch. If you have ever had a coach tell you that you are not connecting well at the catch, then listen to what Aram is saying here and in his following sentences about preparing your muscles.

It takes some nerve to tap, tap at the catch in a single. I did tap, tap at 3/4 slide today and I’ll try again before the water gets cold. I expect to get wet. :)

ok so you use the whole upper body to push forward? You're not just pushing out with your arms? This is why I am hurting my shoulders so much I think...
