My favorite man made Island is Ile Notre-Dame in Montréal, Québec. As Montréal built the underground Métro lines in the early 1960's, the dirt and rocks were dumped next to Ile-Hélène in the Saint-Lawrence River. The first project helped a second major project, Man and His World exposition opening in 1967. Ile Notre-Dame was also used for the 1976 summer Olympics. Today it is a park and home of The Canadian Formula One race.

You’ve managed to reverse the Øresund Bridge - the tunnel part is at the Danish end, as it’s Copenhagen Airport that makes a high bridge in its proximity impossible. The bridge then goes from Peberholm to Malmö, Sweden…

I've always loved the idea of my own Island, currently I'm obsessed with Gaiola Island, it only has a Mansion and a smaller building on it but is rumoured to be cursed with previous owners either drowning in it's sea, or going bankrupt.

You can buy an island in the Sacramento delta my old boss owned French island until he died last year and his cunt wife sold it to the guy she started fucking while her husband was in the hospital dying. I know he would have flipped out he said he expected at least 1 year of mourning before his wife started fucking someone. She actually met the guy at the hospital and he went to the funeral. Anyway buy an island .

Kansai Airport in Japan surprisingly is NOT on this list. An engineering masterpiece to build a brand new airport at sea as land was not available to be had in the Osaka area.
