My most insane bench press and deadlift. A 160 KG bench press and a 240 KG deadlift at only 68 KG bodyweight! But how do I train to lift these numbers? Well in this video I'm going to show you. We do different sets and rep ranges of deadlifts and bench press and accessories at the end. I tell you the benefits of doing this and why it is perfect for strength training.
