i am very receptive to reiki but this was extreme for me! i am immunocompromised and when i get a cold my airways constrict and my lungs fill with fluid, as i watched your video it actually helped me relax my airways.. at the start i couldnt get a deep breath and by half way through i was able to sleep and bring air all the way into my lungs. i believe this worked by helping me release the tension in the muscles of my airways. thank you spirit pond your presence is so gentle yet forceful at the same time. I grew up recieving reiki from my mother as she practiced, and it is one of the most effective treatments for my chronic pain and when i am ill. much love and gratitude
