I think you can't give winner luffy in luffy vs kaido in onigashima. If you see any detail, here is no way that luffy (every gear) can defeat kaido In any aspect bc kaido was destroying yamato luffy killer kid law zoro in the same time when he was holding a huge island in the air. I think Winner is kaido even after straw hats wins the war. Kaido still stronger. Even the bounty of luffy after wano if you compares it with kaido's bounty is lower. All the facts shows quickly who is the real winner.

The fight was not that epic but some moments in that fight was epic. Like sanji's emotional scenes and his powerup that made him from near katakuri victim to beating katakuri low-mid diff.

Oden vs Kaido was not fair that old fake Brulee lady made Oden think it was Momonosuke who was in trouble and when Oden looked back Kaido hit Oden and also, Oden also gave Kaido a huge scar on his chest so that shows that Oden has enough strength and willpower to defeat Kaido.
