Baryon mode is a gamble, since stamina is incredibly low in that form. I always consider two cases when its naruto vs luffy. Case 1: Chakra and haki are considered equal and same. If this is the case, then baryon mode wins easily. It was stated that when baryon mode came in contact with something, it sucked out chakra and life force of it. Isshiki's life span of a few days was instantly reduced to an hour in a few taps. The same could happen for luffy. Case 2: If chakra and haki are not considered the same, gear 5 luffy will have more stamina, and will take less damage since haki is needed to hurt his rubber body. Luffy just needs to wait out the time limit then take the win.

baryon is strong but a bad form bc it only last 10 minutes and luffy would survive longer with that with his hax bc of gear 5 and then naruto will lose his kurama he does have some power but not enough to beat luffy gear 5 but if we are talking about the form itself its naruto and luffy doesnt have enough feats about gear 5 to prove it but its hax is op so ye. i do think if luffy can use it at will like gear 4 he will be able to beat naruto and control its power he will beat naruto

Baryon is faster, has more strength and Adult Naruto has more IQ, skills and experience, Adult Naruto also has more stamina because he has both parts of Kurama.
