I just finished my first one prioritizing wood and water using jade green staff. It worked out really well. I think I’m gonna try this one. Looks like a fun build
Wood water is such a good build. At least it felt good on my first run. I used the Jade staff the most on my run but I used the swords of aspiration towards the end of the run and they felt great.
Wow this is super similar to my main build and I can say I've been having a fairly easy time. I put more into water instead of metal but that Wood/Earth combo is a great base for survivability.
I understand the idea because i also have a Lingbao build of my own, but your Fatal Strike damage is far too low for an end game build. Especially if the test subject is Cao Cao because he doesn't have high HP, even more so with Leishi because that guy has very low HP. I would recommend adding in Life Wither instead of Perfect Restoral or Heaven's Wrath and relocate a lot of points into Water instead of going for 71 Wood as 60 is more than enough considering that you have heavy armors. Also swap out the lightning attack on the weapon out for Attack Power to make use of overall damage bonus. This would result in much better damage output for Dual Swords and Fatal Strike while having high survivability. Grace of Lingbao might be great, but low base damage will hurt the build A LOT. Any Damage Dealt embedment, except on main ranged weapon, should be swapped out with damage bonus against enemy with negative status (in case you cannot inflict shock) or shock for higher overall bonus.
Have you tried using the skill in metal wizardry which gives a tons of damage multiplied by number of debuff applied on enemy? It's like a punching skill. You can swap that skill to Heavens Rage since you already have the lightning blade for lightning accumulation. I forgot the spell name on metal wizardry. Since you like to debuff enemies, that spell would help dish out tons of damage. You can cast that spell right after doing a fatal strike then Go near them, Just wait 1 sec and cast that one punch skill while theyre getting up on their feet. If the skill hits, all the debuff will be gone, but who cares about that, you can debuff them again and again and punch them. Let me know if how high your damage input will be.
Can you put together a quick template for me to follow as I level up? Like what to put my level up points in at each level, when the gear can be accessed, when to grab what spells, what reinforcements to use if that’s how you get the armor? I just got the game yesterday and I’ve watched like 10 videos and your build looks the most fun to me for sure. Cheers!
@@darkvayne1 if you don't have libationer gou or lingbao set just embed for lighting and toxin attack power and damage to enemies with negative status then just make sure to apply the lightning and poison debuff
I honestly think the Graces are all extremely underwhelming. I run a Luck build with my Lingbao Poison/Fire build and dropped 2 pieces for the entertainer chest and leg and it honestly feels the same… running 230 luck with A equipment drop and it feels the same as the full Lingbao set
Can this beat Lu Bu? 40+ defeats and really glad I’m playing the game from the Game Pass and didn’t spend £40 on it at this point….. And I’ve battered Malenia in 8-10 tries.
The key to Lu Bu is timing, not build. He is immune to stuns, seems to have permanent haste, cannot be stun-locked, & cannot be knocked off balance without a deflect/deflect counter. He and Zhang Liao are the same in this regard. Build, of course, is helpful, but without timing, you have no chance. There is no easy mode build for this game despite what tubers. It's "easier" if you are skilled enough to deflect a lot. If not, it won't be.
@@shawnlabeaf7211 Once you get to NG+ you unlock graces. That set bonus is a Grace. It drops randomly but he pinned a farming video that will increase your chances of getting a Lingbao set.
I would recommend a set with a melee set bonus. If you look up Wo long sets on Google you can sort by light medium and heavy armor. Take a heavy armor set! Even if the bonuses aren’t super great.
Play this game with friends. I cannot stress that highly enough. It’s not a single player game tbh. Communicating to take down bosses etc. Every game should be coop at this stage. 4 player Call of Duty World at War campaign was 4 pl coop. We’re going backwards but this game is a step forward. Cheers for the guide
I think the combat is fun and I like going around and trying to do no pot runs by using the wood healing spell and the water stealth spell to regen HP. It's not as fleshed out as Sekiro but it does have coop so me and my friend did a whole playthrough together.
Gameplay is fun. But having played most the souls game . This one is pretty easy. It's a hack and slash to me. Like nioh 2 was a bit harder. And nioh was hardest outa the Bandai namco games. Having just Beat lies of p I wanted to try it
@Quirkas I can't stress this enough playing with friends is stupid the enemies do scale on how many people are in your group just use Recruitments but if u like the challenge go with Real Players
You use the same skills and build setup as best as your skills will allow for, put rebuffs on your gear manually and just run a different set of armor. This way the build works close to the same without the 22% damage bonus from the grace set
I don’t think this is the definitive best build. It’s good but you need to change metal to water for it to be a tier. I mean dude your using a weapon with A+ scaling in a virtue that’s level 1 and your calling it the best build. Kinda played yourself
@@thelordofnothing4224 if this loadout still works why change from metal to wood? I’m talking about this exact loadout. This loadout wouldn’t work on Lubu. Maybe (and a hard maybe) will work on the normal story but new game plus. Hell no. I spent many hours and days using different load outs and farming gear for each loadout. I would love to see you make a video with this exact loadout on here and defeat Lubu solo? Because I defeated him solo with a simple water/metal loadout.
@Printers Edition does to work only difference was I hadn't farm Ling bao set when I fought him ng+ was using the libationer gou set idk if I spelled that right so less dps I didn't get a Ling bao set till I had already beaten ng plus cause fudge that farming I still need a 5 star helmet to finish off the set
