My man, very nice video! Good comprehensive explanations that covers the most needed about the build. Keep it up and looking forward for your nex build adventures.
@arzanpatel Thank you for the feedback. I am not doing this professionally, and have very limited spare time in my life; but I can try to explain at least the passives progression a bit more in detail next time.
Nice video, super well made for someone with this few subscribers! May I suggest that in future build videos, you include some footage from Aberroth and/or monoliths where you show the corruption level? It is very hard to gauge how strong this is, just based on looking at you running around in monos where we don’t know the difficulty 😊 Keep up the good work!
@Starbrow31 Thank you for your kind words :) As in regards to Aberroth / corruption, I don't always push that for all of my builds, and occasionally lose interest before I even get there. But I think it sort of speaks for itself from the build that it should be no problem with high corruption / Abberoth in terms of the 7k+ HP (health + ward), survivability & movement speed + respectable damage. You can push high corruptions and defeat Abberoth with more than half of that if played correctly.
Good video ... Keep it up, it takes a while to build an audience ... I would suggest posting on the official forums (if you haven't), as the regulars might give experienced feedback .... (( no need to thank me for comment ))
Nice build. Can you use wrongwarp for even more ms and cast speed? I think it might be BiS if consider flat damage from rip blood. Also how do T4 dungeon bosses and Abby feel? And how high corruption can it farm comfortably, without dying too often and loosing too much speed?
Hi @danielyoon1724 :) In my opinion, this should be a fairly good starter build. It's more or less a two-button build: casting Chthonic Fissure and then spamming Rip Blood. Good luck, and feel free to subscribe to stay tuned for more content :)
Thank you for your video. In your planner your resistances are not capped at 75%, endurance is not at 60% and reduced damage from crits are not at 100% either. Did you manage to reach these values with your real build?
@coubi64 Thank you for your comment! Yes, I recommend boosting the Critical Strike Avoidance to max. You could take the Critical Strike Avoidance blessing from Emperor of Corpses instead of the Increased Necrotic Damage blessing, as well as adding one or two Critical Strike Avoidance affixes to your gear. Or just go with a couple of high tier Critical Strike Avoidance affixes on your gear.
.. and as for the resistances: I think definitely the lightning resistance needs improving, and possibly the cold resistance. Apart from that I am not that worried. Resistances are not too important: I would rather try to increase the armor further.
@@courage.hexagon4166 Thank you for your comment! I do not agree about the damage output: you get quite a lot of damage from the global spell damage increase from casting Rip Blood directly, as long as your cast speed is sufficient, as well as the crit gained from the Harvest hits. Also, you could easily swap for instance your idols setup from the increased health to flat curse damage & necrotic resistance idols, in turn boosting the damage of this build even further. Your gear could also be more damage-based, such as the flat curse damage affix etc. I tend to go for "survivability first", as I only play HC, but it's totally viable to go with even more damage, as I mentioned in the video as well. Even when taking a higher damage approach, I think this build should have adequate survivability - it just depends on what you prefer.
@gatochascon Thank you for your comment! It think the question to raise should rather be: what kind of build do you like the most to play? This build is different, as it is utilizes cast speed to a higher extent, to get the spell damage buff from direct Rip Blood hits. I think this build is more swift in terms of the movement speed, as you get the movement speed buff from Harvest, as well as keeping the rather slow Profane Veil skill for survivability out of the equation. This is also a hybrid health / ward build, whereas the Warlock Torment is more pure ward-based. Still, this build can reach more or less the same ward-peaks as the Warlock Torment build, in addition to its high health pool.
