I really have to think about my most read authors, probably J.K. Rowling (9), T.A.Barron (11), Cassandra Clare (11) and Rick Riordan (28). If we would count rereads this would look rather different xD
Most of the people I've seen didn't like cursed child? Then again that could just be me subconsciously searching videos that I agree with, but I still have heard mostly meh to pure hatred for "the eighth book of the series," as it calls itself.
Jesse if you're interested, austere is pronounced ost-ear and basically means super strict or having no luxuries (Also don't worry I pronounced klaus as clause until the movie came out 😂)

Pro tip for Rick Riordan's Heroes of Olympus series...the first two books are painfully slow but necessary for the exposition...books 3-5 are MUCH better (in my opinion)

Rick Riordan is my favorite author, I have 17 of his books. Once you read all of them, I'm sure you'll be a huge fan! As for my top 5 read authors, I'm still pretty new to YA reading, so I don't have many. But I have mostly Rick Riordan, J.K. Rowling, and Kathy Reichs.
L Jen Rose I have 18 including one companion book. I also have two graphic novels (Lightning Thief & Son of Neptune.) if you can count that. My second most owned author is J.K. Rowling and the third is Sarah J. Maas. I love J.K. Rowling and Rick Riordan's work equally because they have both shaped me into the person I am now. Like how Harry Potter got me into reading, and Percy Jackson made me love books even more and made me want to try more books. The two of them will always have a special place in my heart, and I can't choose one to save my life.

My most read authors are Francine Pascal, R.L. Stine and V.C. Andrews. From childhood, I've read so many books by these authors. And back in the day when I could exchange used books...don't even get me started. Otherwise, I have copies of Sarah J. Maas and Cassandra Clare books as well. I have that Iron Trial book but I hated it so much. Errors happen, read on Jesse!

I haven't yet but they're definitely on my TBR. I'm so jealous of my best friend, I think the majority of her copies are signed from a book signing her parents were at in England. Here in NZ, I ain't getting anything signed anytime soon.
Omg a Derek landy fan. Skullduggery pleasnat is the most underrated series ever. In my opinion it's even better than harry potter. I have not read demon road yet but idk what age it's for I think it's ya and I'm a tween
I feel the same about the Cassandra Clare books. if I ever get a chance to read them again it would be Infernal Devices and Dark Artifices all the way :)
Lemoni sniket... What can I say! I began my reading life with A series of unfortunate events! I just love him! His books helped me not to be afraid showing my abilities and made me to think how can I solve problems and pazzles creatively and effectively under any circumstances!
Surprisingly, I went back through my most favorite authors, and Sarah J. Maas (My favorite author), didn't make the list. I get Tamora Pierce, who I have been reading since I was 11, Richelle Mead, Cassandra Clare, Rachel Caine, and P.C/Kristen Cast. Sarah ranked technically tied with Richelle Mead for books. That makes me sad, because her books gave me hope in a dark period in my life.
Sarah J . Maas is MY most read.( I'm in her Court of Maas/ SJM is life camp) until now! I have many books to read( and hopefully like), but I know she will always be my favorite.

Because I unintentionally pick up rather long series, my most read authors currently are: 5. Kelley Armstrong with 23 books, one of my favourites She writes adult and young adult books in urban fantasy, they tend to be somewhat dark 4. Nora Roberts with 27 books, not really a favourite I get one of her books when I want to read a steamy contemporary 3. Andrea Schacht with 37 books, right up there with my absolute favourites A German author whose books usually take place in Cologne, but in many different eras 2. Tamora Pierce with 38 books, another absolute favourite I love both her worlds, Emelan and Tortall, and don't quite understand why so few people talk about her amazing books 1. Marion Zimmer Bradley with 41 books, again a favourite Most of her books I read because the Darkover series is epically long, but I really like the Avalon series as well I really like the books of J.K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Richelle Mead, Kai Meyer and many more as well, but they didn't have quite the numbers needed to top these ladies :)

I always find it hard to get into a series everyone has hyped so much! this book sounds great but its like harry potter you liked it because you where able to relate to the main character! i'm sure its great but i'll probably never get to it and thats a bummer.
