I'm a fan of the theory that he is a ethnic Russian living in the Baltic, probably Estonia. The Baltic countries all have significant Russian-speaking populations. We know he uses euros and I'm 99% sure the registration plates on his cars have been in EU format (despite the blur). It would make sense for him to search in Russian, considering that would be his mother tongue, which also lines up with how Slavic people identify his speaking of the various Slavic languages. Ladies and gopniks, listen carefully! I made a professional analysis about Boris' nationality. Ok, we all know that he lives in Estonia, but he is not Estonian, he is from some Slav country, that's for sure. He celebrates Christmas at 7th of January which means he is from some orthodox slav country. He also have specific eastern slavic accent, so there is no way he is Polish, Czech or Slovak. He was born in some slavic country and moved to Estonia because of work. Why would someone from pretty developed EU countries (Poland, Czech Rep and Slovakia) go to Estonia, another EU country? Doesn't make sense. He is also not from the Balkans because Balkan people doesn't know much about Estonia and are too far away, have no specific connections with Estonia. From language lesson videos we could notice that he had some problems with pronouncing Polish, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian, but he read Russian and Ukrainian very good. He sometimes randomly speak some Russian words so we can conclude that his mothertongue is Russian which is spoken in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. I doubt someone from Russia would move to EU countries, especially not to Baltic countries which don't have very good relations with Russia. Many people move to EU from Belarus and Ukraine because of bad economic and political situation in these 2 countries. In the video about Ukrainian language, he didn't put Crimea on the map of Ukraine and in video about Russian language, he didn't put Crimea on the map of Russia too, he stayed neutral. Every Ukrainian would put Crimea on the map of Ukraine and every Russian would put it on the map of Russia. Belarussians actually don't care. He also said once that he doesn't care about politics. So I'm pretty sure he is neither Ukrainian nor Russian. He made many country reviews and language lessons about many slav countries, but never about Belarus, which is suspicious to me :) Moreover, Estonia is geographically closer to Belarus than to Ukraine. To sum up, Boris is from BELARUS. The time will show you that I was right, believe me!
