I swear to god, if I chase a survivor for more than 30 seconds I lose 2 or 3 gens, but when Otz is looping huntress for more than 2 minutes, only 1 gen is barely done
“This guy learned how to play survivor by watching survivor mains, he’s crazy in chase but doesn’t know how to do gens!” Now that made me laugh so damn hard
Actually, I think it's more like the huntress were so bad that looked like nea was doing good, but in fact is just that the killer was terrible, the first chase with otz any decent huntress would ended in less than 40 sec.
Honestly, I can't belive how they had a very easy win, the killer didnt got ANY hooks in the whole match and those players throw the whole match and gave the killer the satisfaction for a win in a match that he didnt deserved a single kill or even a single hook
@@SushiReversed lmao right I was running lightborn last night and this toxic Claudette trying getting a flashlight save and when she realized it didn’t work she just kept clicking her flashlight over n over again and pretty much threw the entire game for her teammates. ez 4k
That Nea's playstyle: Looping: S-Tier Everything else: Potato Glad you uploaded this. Was such a great game to watch. Now it will be preserved forever.
I have a friend who is exactly like that Nea. The game rewards and encourages that behaviour because, more often than not, they get out (even if the rest of the team dies, making them think they're the good one in the team) and the tutorial is like "you should crouch everywhere to avoid being detected!" even with the new tutorial
And that’s why I don’t doubt anyone when they say the devs are rank 26 survs, I mean with all the perks that cater to baby survivors it’s undoubtedly the truth.
That’s the most frustrating thing. I play with someone who always justifies his play style by “well I escaped!” Meanwhile I run the killer for the entire match and do 3 gens. I beg him to do gens because I have adrenaline and I can only hold off the killer for so long. I always die at 1 gen left and 2-3 of them escape while I die because the killer goes for me. I mean, I enjoy being chased and escaping isn’t everything, but when I tell him to change his play style slightly to just focus gens first instead of opening every chest on the map so I can maybe survive, he says, “well I escaped and you died so I must be doing something right.” fml
@@dylanashryver1872 you should either play his style one match or a few or hide all over the map to show him what happens when you dont carry the team.
My build if I am gonna solo que Self care Cus teammates always fails on skill checks Deliverance just in case no one comes to save you Borrowed time to help your teammate Delivernce to distract the killer from your teammate
@@Makri_1.0 Borrowed time to help a teammate? but u said solo-q, i'd equip BT so is more possible i get safe unhook for peeps and also the teammate can take a protection hit so i don't get hit and then i heal them as obviously u never know if the random is going to fail the skill checks so prefer to heal them myself and obviously if i was already injured i would go down, but i prefer playing killer more than surv, as solo q can be stressful with bad teammates and the few times i play with friends they want to comunicate a lot which for me is a bit unfair for the killer although many times i ve done 4k on survivor friends that get too greedy.
It was more that the Huntress was bad than the Nea being good. She made so many mistakes in the last chase. Seems like someone who is good at juking but bad at looping.
that first match was a roller coaster of emotions. i went from amazed at how well things were going to saddened how it started flopping to stunned at how many bad choices everyone was making to astounded by the neas sudden ultra instinct in chase to just accepting the reality of solo queue.
@@Thedescendingmoon Ahh that makes sense. She's very good for 100 hours, I'll give her that. I've yet to find an actual good looper that has less than 1,000 hours in the game and I've played with a lot of people on every platform. So for only 100 hours I can understand her poor pathing while looping.
the best loadout for survivor is Left behind diversion red herring bond That way you can sabotage your partners by throwing rocks at them, and making loud noises at the gens they're working on, while your safe in a locker. and when they're all dead you can find the hatch
Nea is like one of those anime protagonist that everyone thinks is weak before they have a epic moment where it's revealed that they are crazy powerful and everyone is just speechless💀
penis gwa gwa sud to pepepoopoo69lmao420sheeeeEEeEeEeEeEeeEeEeeEeEeshejowhatthedogdoingpenissushaahahhahahhahahahaqhahahahahqahahhahahahahahahaha and yes the q is needed
Literally the definition of Solo Q. You carry the entire game running the Killer so gens can be done.. As soon as you get hooked your teammates just walk up to the Killer and die. Every. Time.
Meanwhile it's the only map I can get a 4k with ghostface. (tho so far the game just keeps sending me to the farm maps and Wrecker's Yard so that I can feel the uselessness of my power)
When I thought I've seen the stupidest, orthodox, baffling things in DbD with Otz's videos he uploads this. Also love you Otz I've been sick since Saturday my birthday too, your vids distract me :).
I love you otz I’m so sick right now and getting the notification is so great right now, thanks a lot and keep going you big spanish nerd. much love man
I can't understand Killers that commit that freaking long to a Survivor who's run them across the world twice. Never thought about using tool boxes toward the end of a gen, I'll try that out now. :)
Because they get rewarded by survivors that don't do gens. You keep rewarding dumb behavior then they'll continue being dumb because their opponent is even dumber
I do it sometimes when I find a survivor that is really able to keep me from hitting them. I'll throw the game just to chase them to get practice in myself and see how long they can manage it. I try to spare them afterward or just let everyone go, I just want a good match. Give me some fantastic chases, wild mind game counter game and maybe a funny moment here or there and that's a win for me.
@@MythlyInari I do the same thing. I will be satisfied if I can get a single kill of the highest ranked/best looper in the match. It is frustrating watching all the other players exit though, most aren't nearly as good and tend to have 1-2 hooks already on them. I got a decent 3 gen near the exit gate on autohaven, but they were so far apart from the small blood lodge. I delayed it quite well, but I could never catch them at gens as they can hear the spirit approaching. At the end when exit opened, I only had 0 kills, and the looper had no hooks on them. Then they got over confident and left the jungle gym and I used noed to one shot down. The other 2 decided to go for rescue, and I ended up with 3 kills. The last one even waited outside blood lodge for the person in the basement to die. Must be swf I was up against. Extended the 3 gen defense (1 gen to exit) for 3-5 minutes. I would go to the farthest end, chase somebody for 10s away, kick the gen, and proceed back to the other end. If they were closer, I might have seen somebody. The precise timing of the spirit aura is hard to lock down as it is not 32m.
17:45 never have i ever been so emotionally attached and invested in some other person's gameplay, lmao The fact that she started to do soooo great at chases really made for some EPIC character development!!! lol What can i say, if even otz himself felt the same way, lol.
"I don't know how we lost!" 1. Two of you swarmed basement right after the huntress hooked someone in there, giving her 0 reason to leave, and then rewarding her by putting two in basement. At this point she literally has no reason to leave, because that's game 2. Unhooking the person who just hooked rather than the person reaching stage 2 I dunno, what do you think?
"I have no idea how we lost that one" That's why they the game needs actually good tutorials. So survivors learn that just because they can do gens fast, it doesn't mean that they can always get away with going down in a chase in 10 seconds, and also panicking and avoiding making smart decisions.
This is what every single one of my solo queue games feels like. If I don't die early the way Otz did, I get to be the lucky David chased for the last half of the game while the only other remaining survivor hides in a corner.
Otz - *Think Nea Think* Nea - -Well actually I was thinking I would lure the Huntress into a false sense of security, then when she messes up go for David and finish mid gen, thus winning us the game- _Continues urban evading_
I admire you for your attitude and patience. I've been watching you on my private account for ages and I have learned a lot. Keep up being a positive role model Otz!
20:54 in Treatment Theater there is also a spot in the main room. When you go up the stairs and try to vault down you will get stuck. That happend to me yesterday
This reminds me of a match I had as wraith, the survivors were so immersed at 3-gens that they just stopped working on them. I got so bored that i just cloaked and got on tumblr for a few minutes. they still didnt get a gen done. did manage to get a 3k after they got bored of hiding. (they were three greens and a purple btw lmao)
at 20:46 you can see Otz's soul slowly collapse, as he reads the forbidden message "I really don't know how we lost that one....4 gens done" oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh boy
I would've thrown my controller through the TV if I played against those absolutely brain-dead killers and still died first both times. This man is zen.
The nea just wanted hatch while the David was a team player also I think David didn’t let go because he wanted to be unhooked or the nea to die too. Lmao
Seeing Otz play against that Huntress gave me such anxiety and thrill XD. I finally imagined myself in someone’s place but i would never last that long.
Every comment: Oh my god I watched this live haha so glad I was there live! I was there live! Just so cool to see this live. Did I say I was there. Live. I was there live. Live.
I will remember those tips for being the last two survivors left. Because I have definitely messed up like this Nea and David. That Huntress match went sour real quick. The Demo match went more smoothly though, it’s good that three survivors got out.
