Leaving CA for NH in 71 days. Not that I'm counting them or anything :) Ultimately the best reason is the people. It just feels different in New Hampshire.

Good morning Cody. Can you tell me the average amount one needs for a down payment on a two hundred thousand dollar home?

I always suggest speaking with a mortgage lender, as they're the experts in that area. Although in general you could put as little as 3.5% down with an owner occupied FHA loan.
