@@lechking941 this definitely is before saint time, as while pebble is collapsed, he is not brain-dead yet. And theres no snow. I can recognize the outer expanse gate because of the train car above the gate
I love how everyone saw the name of this scug and expected it to just be a silly joke, but then it turns out to be something insanely cool and interesting
if you told me the mod about a funny blue slugcat who eats rocks and explodes sometimes would have an ending about travelling into the depths of an even more fucked up rubicon where it's revealed that they were created as a desperate last attempt by five pebbles to fight off the rot that ultimately consumed him i would have tried to get you checked in to the nearest psych ward. and yet...
and the ending is such a crazy implication that it's a loop- just the same as the loop of the game. When you make it to the bluebicon void chamber, you're actually back in time to when Pebbles is trying to wake you up, desperately. It's a saddening loop of waking up, which- who knows how long it actually took for gravel eater to wake up- to seeing pebbles in his sad state, to going back to the bluebicon- to waking up again. At least, that's what I interpreted. edit: or its a flashback/repeated memory of when gravel eater wasn't awake- which means that Gravel eater was just sitting in bluebicon for who knows how long before waking up
Thanks for showcasing my mod! Unfortunately the slugcat memories are broken in the current version and are uncollectable (had a flipped Boolean). The current version that I have in development is very unstable so I can't just release that to the public. I've been on break from working on the mod for nearly a month due to burnout and college finals plus graduation. I'm planning on getting back into working on GE after graduation. Hope you play it again once I fully release the mod with alternate endings!
I thought no one was going to talk about the Yeeks!, I also like the old design more, plus I feel like they're always sick or something, some don't even move at all!
I've said it many times, and I'll say it here as well; It's amazing how far this mod has panned. I remember its initial release when it was purely a joke and all, and seeing how it has turned into one of the most polished modded slugcats, to the point of rivaling Pearl Cat, is astonishing. Nothing could argue that This is one of, if not The best of the bunch.
I watch this and comment now as I experience a growing pain in my stomach, and i’d like to claim gravel would not help stomach problems whatsoever, can confirm as i have tried
The sound eating rocks makes is simultaneously satisfyingly crunchy ASMR and hurts my teeth. Also I love how this slug canonically gets such bad tummy aches that it can launch itself with farts. (Change my mind)
I think you didn't get all the slugcat memories (like maybe gourm, spear, and surv/monk) Maybe the gate will unlock when you find them all? Just a hunch tbh
@TrixterTheFemboy If we're counting Waterfront Facility as being a part of Shoreline it easily beats out Sky Islands with The Coast and Waterfront Threat. Easily the best region music in the game

Wait, what way did you take to 5 pebbles? It took me 5 hours getting to him in this campaign as most ways I tried were not possible in this campaign. That journey however made it my favorite campaign, as I was determined to reach him. Don't know how much has changed since a year ago though.
