I love your longer videos because I almost always watch you while I'm doing my own makeup. I also absolutely LOVE your recommendations. I've now discovered so many phenomenal products that are becoming holy grails for me, and since we have similar skin types (though my own skin is much more mature since I'm 53), they typically work really well for me. Thank you for always keeping it real, and keeping it beautiful. Oh... And the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin... works great under liquid foundation as a primer to keep everything matte. I use it religiously on my nose since, like you, I have a hard time getting foundation to stay there.

So appreciate you taking the time to share the most loved actually used" products of a season!!!! Texas was tough on completion products this year due to the excessive heat....what worked for me, on my mature skin, was the Iconic London Skin Tint paired with their blurring primer, Estee Lauder's skin tint for more coverage and the Loreal Nude Skin Tint. These stayed put and didn't leave me with a white stache from sweating. See you soon!❤

Gotta say again, I love that you give love to Girlactik. So highly underrated. Their luminous face veil is the literal bomb, the bronzer is amazing and the highlighters are to die for, and I hate highlights. Basically all the powders are stellar. And the soft eyebrow pencil is a staple. It's almost too creamy, but lord does it pack a punch.

Yes! LYS! What a wonderful brand. I love their brushes and the price point is shockingly low. Also I love the lip liners. I also loved the make up by Mario pinch me pink blush mixed with Lisa Eldridges Elevated Glow in Pink Moon - wow what a combination.

Glossier Futuredew Serum was a life changer for me. It gives my skin a boost of hydration and it creates an even base for makeup so beautifully. My skin is Eczema prone so the texture of my skin can be difficult to work with at times and that product really saved me.

Thanks for this video, Nikki! I got Nikki’s girlactik bundle over the summer and have been loving it. My favorites are the nutmeg shadow stick and the gloss balm. I also love the eyeshadow palette in that bundle. I also loved the rare beauty concealer brightener in this video and how light it feels. It was a summer of spending money on Nikki recommendations, but it was worth it! ❤

Omg I recently tried the elf wow brow gel too and I literally am obsessed with it. Best $5 I’ve spent on a brow product in a long time!! It’s so good and you’re right, it gives that fluffy look from the fibers in it and it’s super long wearing!

I bought the Lottie Super Fake Mascara, and wow, its fantastic! The brush looks like nothing, so my hopes were low, but oh does it deliver. Great find, ty! I already knew I like the Huda one coat wow; glad to have two options now.

My makeup looks so much better since I have been watching you and using your application tips. Especially my eye shadow. I used to avoid eye shadow most of the time because I felt it didn’t look right. But now I love to play with shadow. You are such a great teacher and wonderful makeup artist. Westman Atelier Peau de Peche means summer to me. It’s the perfect no makeup makeup. I don’t know why I don’t like it as well in the winter, but wouldn’t be without it in the summer. I’d say the new RMS sunscreen will be a staple for me going forward. I actually used the entire bottle up in only a couple of months which is unheard of for me. I have drier skin and it can go on top of whatever was there before and just refreshes everything without being too shiny or glowing.

I will say I love the majority of products that were highly used by you during the summer. However, I do have a few that did not work for me. To start the tower 28, it comes on patchy, streaky and it looks as if my skin is dry ( which I am normal, combo). I have tried a sponge, bk brush and even resorted to my fingers. The other product that just did not work for me was the nars pressed powder. Not only could I not find a good matching shade but it also made it look like I had texture skin with deep pores, yet I have no complexion issues or even pores that you can notice. Other than that all my faves are personal, lys, ABH lip liners and of course girlactik that I purchased because you recommended. Thanks for the honesty. Look forward to Nikki uncut or anything Nikki. ❤

Great video to cap off summer! I also had the DM blurring balm in heavy rotation. But I use it as a thin primer for the Ilia tinted serum. It’s the only one that keeps my oils at bay otherwise the ilia is too shiny on me. But it’s beautiful together. CT flawless setting spray and Dior addict shine lipsticks are my other mainstays.

Have u tried about face mascara? I grabbed it during ULTA’’s 21 days of beauty.. I love it so much! 😍 I’m oily skin gal too n have hooded eyes, it’s a lightweight gel-like formula but not sticky, a great lengthening/separating/curling mascara! 🙌🏻Highly rec u try!

Hi Nikki Mitch & everyone! Another great episode. I've watched it a few times now lol. I do it all the time with your videos!!! Plus things take a minute for me lol.. as you go along, I check my collection for that item & when I find it, I check the color to see how close or far apart we are. Then I started setting up a vanity too! All my stuff is out and organized. Makeup in its rolling case here. Reorganizing my skincare cabinets. You know I have a lot of stuff. I'm not buying makeup starting today. I have enough for a few lifetimes. Only going to repurchase skincare. For awhile! I gotta be strong against your makeup loving energy & vibes. Ciao Nikki…finally finished. Covid/flu head. Excellent excellent video! Love every second. Also, nice sprayer in setting spray is hourglass, but i too love Mac. All nighter smells gnars! Uggh! want to try Milk primer, just ordered the mattifying powder in deep, im in really humid weather still..what are seasons…seriously, find CT flawless filter e milk (great packaging also, same line) powder are smooth oily skin/humid climate combo for me. Love bloom e teddy! Ok i could keep going, but ty soooo much! I love uncuts. And this was amazeAF!!! ty love 🌹x

You always have beautiful makeup and I love what you recommend because we have same skin type. In the summer I like to use tinted sunscreen, concealer, powder bronzer, cream blush and of course little bit of setting powder and lipgloss!

The elf wow brow gel is amazing, I bought it when it won a beauty bible gold award but only downside is the product itself is tiny and runs out quickly if you use a lot at once.

Wow I have never heard anyone say they use the Danessa Blurring Balm as a foundation.....almost everyone I see who loves it here of RU-vid use it as a primer . The ones with oily skin are highly obsessed with it as a mattifying primer

It works great as a foundation (suggest you use a sponge) but also to touch up throughout the day, and it comes in universal which is a clear… so a primer. Its probably even better than the soft matte concealer that nearly everyone agrees on is a great product once they use it, and base products most people don’t always agree on, so that’s really big. I think Bobbie Brown tried to make a similar product but it is so finicky and only reaches a certain small group who actually like it.

I have the same Kosas powder as yours, in breezy too, and it works well on my face except under my eyes, but I have a dry skin which is supposed to be aging, I am fortunate enough not to be very wrinkled but when I use this powder under my eyes, suddenly I see lines that I never saw before, so I feel a little left out because everyone swear by it for the under eyes… 🙁 I also have the same Milani eyeshadow as yours, I bought it by following your advice and I actually love it too. It’s a very easy palette to use, it’s even useful when I use another palette which wouldn’t have a white, very practical. I don’t have the Nars Laguna palette but I have their kind of lip balm, very sun kissed color, I absolutely love it. Did you try the new pencils by Lisa Eldridge? I just bought the green one, these pencils are incredible! They are so creamy that I prefer using a brush to do my liner with it, otherwise I apply too much product, but once set, it doesn’t move. Yesterday evening , I had something sad happening, nothing dramatic but I was very overwhelmed, I cried so much, and when I went to remove my makeup before bed, the pencil was still there, at least it allowed me to check its performance.

I am shopping at Sephora on Thursday and I value your opinion. Have you ever tried the Sephora Collection mascara the one that comes in the gray tube and the Sephora Collection Satin Hydrating Lipstick and what are your opinions on them? I do not have a Walmart where I live unfortunately.
