It's a precon upgrade. So it's the original precon but with different cards.

The willy goblin doesnt help you at all it guarentees they have a blockers they get it during their end step after they could have attacked so the next turn they attack with the goblin whether it dies or not they get a new blocker Also id recommend cards that do damage when an artifact etbs or makes your creatures unblockable or menace like goblin war drums

Just a minor error there. It's not up to 3 times or 6 with double strike. While a 4 player pod is average for commander in my experience, there is no rule preventing any number of players in your game, and that would be the limiting factor. So if you're playing with 6 people, that's 5 opponents, so up to 5 triggers or 10 with double strike. I'm not trying to nit pick you, I just thought that might be a necessary clarification for any newer players that might be watching.
