To anyone wondering: no, that isn't Saber from Fate/Stay Night. It's for a Chinese novel whose title translates roughly to [The Real Martial Power]. It's English title is [Truth Force], and is available only for reading... except it's in Chinese so if you can't read it... sorry.

After a little bit of searching on google, the character appears to be from either a book or a visual novel titled "Truth Force". There doesn't appear to be any connection to Saber other than a slight similarity of styles for the character. Unfortunately google translate only does so much, so I can't really say much more than that.

Saber's eyes are green. Her hair's a yellower shade of blonde (this chick's basically ginger) and she wears her hair different. She also never wears an outfit like that, even though there are color similarities. Shouldn't even be a topic of debate, any Fate fan should realize this ain't her. :P
