Every match, we have 8-9 corner kicks, and none of our players get close enough to the ball to threaten opponent's goal. On the other hand when we defend set pieces, every time we look nervouse and come close to conceding goals. Why are we so bad at it. They way we set up our defense, even I can clearly see where the weakness lies. Why are the coaching stuff not able to identify those weaknesses?

Klopp exposure of Mo Salah returning to Liverpool for treatment during the AFCON ruined his image in Egypt and with the new coach for the National Team (who already highly criticized him). The majority of former Egyptian National team players (including one of the captains) criticized him. Of course I don't know for a FACT that is what's bothering him, but if I were in his shoes I would be really ticked off with the way my manager handled that and the unnecessary rift he has caused between the player and the national team. I've been saying for about 3 months that Liverpool would implode and fall away, they simply don't have the "togetherness" vibe that you get from The Arsenal and Man City. Being a united front is so important in a teams success, as an example I would point out The Arsenal who work so well together as a unit. Its so impressive to watch when its done correctly and I don't think there is any team in Europe that is better at it than The Arsenal.

Salah is an average player, he is not at the level of good players, most of his goals are because of defenders mistakes, he is selfish and because of that, Li-VAR-pool loses many games. That year they won in covid, they played more games than anyone, I think 6 games in December alone, they are the only team for last 5 years that gave man city a real genuine fight neck n neck!
