Mother 3 OST BLOWS Music Teacher's Mind 

The soundtracks for these games are spectacular. But when you pair them with the games they go to, you realize just how great the music is as a vehicle for telling a story and landing every thematic and emotional beat.

I love how most of the music from this soundtrack has that amazingly sick Funky Bass lines just carrying them.

This just gave me inspiration to listen to this entire OST again.

One ost I think would be a good fit is Abe's Oddysee. It's a great example of how an ambient soundtrack that can still remain distinct and memorable.

I recommend reacting to Hotline Miami's or the Borderlands 2 ost both are just overall great games with an ever better music score

I know this is late, but you've really got to react to the Hunter x Hunter OST. It's filled to the brim with leitmotifs, wonderful melodies, ambientic vibes, climatic vibes, terrifying music, etc. I would recommend both the 1999 and 2011 version, but if you had to pick one, go with the 2011 version. Whenever I finish a game or show with an amazing OST, I always to check to see if you've reacted to it.

You should try Hylics 1 and/or 2, they're both short but both full of some groovy guitar. 1 is more improvisational and is pretty unusual, and 2 is very psychedelic and groovy. I think you would really appreciate both of them since you play guitar!

Hoping you have plans to do Final Fantasy 9, Chrono Cross, Ocarina of Time, and maybe even Mario RPG some day. You won't regret hearing those soundtracks if you haven't before. Also, some of your other reactions, like the ones for Final Fantasy 7 and Chrono Trigger don't show up in the videos section of your channel and have to be searched for by name... in case you didn't know.

I presume someone's already pointed this out, but just in case anyone is thinking to themselves, "Why are there so many songs to this game/so many similar songs?!" One of the gimmicks to Mother 3's combat system is being able to compound your attack damage by pressing the attack button in rhythm to the music for the battle. Many of the battle songs (Which is a ton of these tracks) increase in complexity when an unfavorable battle condition (enemies coming from behind, for example) is presented to the player. The music not only informs the story and emotions of the characters, but can affect the difficulty of the battles.

Idk what happened to you but i hope you’re doing fine. But if you are planning to come back with more video games soundtrack reactions, I highly recommend the Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 OST, out of this world. Music is really subjective, but honestly i would say it’s in the top 5 of best video game soundtracks of all time.
