All of Novosibirsk nations get access to Great Siberian Plain buff. The downside is that the more you upgrade the buff, the more mad your workers become, and the more likely an anarchist revolt is to fire. Issue is, anarchists cannot have an anarchist revolt. So you can pump up the work quotas all the way through the roof, worker discontent is just a number. In the end you end up with an industry that's like 8 times more effective than anything else on the map. Black anarchist magic makes you outgrow both Germany and US in a few years.

as for anarchists calling themselves companions instead of comrades, this is something that was actually observed in Spain (because in Spanish the term comrade was very much associated with the communist, at least in the beginning). It may be a reference to that. I don't really know the lore of TNO and I don't know if the Siberian anarchists are aware of what happened in Spain since 1936.
