Joanna Manga Man I know what that feels like. The moment that clank sound is heard behind you your like oh shit what did I do wrong? I’m Asian as well Chinese to be more specific
Actually irl, I find that mothers always think they have this power when they don't so they annoyingly make incorrect assumptions about everything you're doing.
Yeah my dad makes up stuff like that and he grew up in Eastern Europe. How he had nothing, not even eggs 😂 It was usually done to get me and my sister to eat food we didn't like like green beans. About the rain water, I saw it in some parts of Serbia in the villages without running water, they would collect rain when it was falling by putting big dishes out and they would use it for bathing and stuff.
Tangled didnt come out for another 15 years unless there was some older version that existed in the 90s I was unaware of. I was a fetus during the time this episode occured.
People in Taiwan didn’t eat “milk and cereal” in the 60s or 70s. We had soy milk, you-tiao, or, if western style, a sandwich and maybe a glass of milk from milk powder (no fresh milk)
+Ldsy000 And for good reasons too, fresh milk from china is laced with all sorts of baterias and chemicals, which's why most people in china use milk powder. ...And also the lactose thing.
Beerbottles123 yeahh and the milk now in Asia I swear it’s different form the North American ones. I don’t get belly ache and all the annoying stuff when I drink milk in Taiwan but if I do it in Canada...
India milk tastes like shit. American milk is the stuff. Honestly, the orange soda in italy tastes like shit, but here in america, it tastes normal. Each country tastes differentlu.
My mom doesnt have peripheral vision like this. However, the moment I start a conversation with her, she will somehow get information from me because of the way I talk and look at her.
Kathy Ruan it's just a lie that parents always make up to guilt you into doing what they say. like when you ask for a ride to school and they hit you with the "when I was your age I had to walk miles to school in the snow with no jacket and holes in my shoes with no socks" bitch grandma already told us that she dropped you off at school everyday cause she was a stay at home mom with nothing better to do.
It kind of makes sense since you have a better idea of how much cereal you need. When you pour cereal first you end up getting a ton of milk. At least for me.
Not sure how to explain but I can just tell what my kids are doing. They will be in the kitchen and I will say leave those chips alone, and you hear them go how did you know, I was trying to be quiet.
