Baby knits are so fun to do! When I am designing a sweater I make a baby size for my niece. She loves the sweaters and I get to knit a new deign fairly quickly. They are just some of the most superior knits.

You can pronounce "espace" as if you're saying the letter "S" and then pass "ess-pass", and "tricot" like "tree-co". The direct translation in English would be "Knitting Space" or "Knitting Area". Hope that helps!

If you want to knit for babies but you don't have any in your life at the moment, you can find a knitting charity for premature babies. In my country there is such a charity/organisation and they knit socks, hats and blankets and send them to NICUs.

I made Weekend slipover for my mum and she loves it (already gave it so that it wouldn't be too summery to wear it). It was so quick compared to a sweater - of course depends on the mom's size, bigger sizes obviously take longer to make. :) Terrazzo neck would also be amazing! :)

I can't gift any gifts to my mum anymore because she has passed away early this year and I will make her some homemade ones for her gravestone soon

I would not mind buying a pattern for my mum but my mum would not like it so much cuz she is worried about my spine and neck health from knitting. Perhaps something small, she might love it
