I used to think this but I started wondering if the State had enough evidence to convict them without Angela and Jake supplying additional information. Did the State know where the guns were without Jakes testimony?

I know that's total BS that they can opt out. I don't think that is right at all and never heard of it until this case. I can see some witnesses or victims be opt out but not the criminals themselves they should not be able to opt out at all.

I hope when this trial is over they bring arson charges against Angela Wagner for burning down @ least 2 homes on there property. I don't know why they gave her the deal before the trial even started.Her husband & herself planned this killing spree on the Rhoden family & dragged both of her sons into this. She meaning Angela Wagner is the catalyst of all of this because I'm sure as a mother she demanded custody of the daughter of her son and believe that they can raise her better because that's not normally a plan of a man and I think she had the most control over her boys and her husband to make it come together.

What I don't get is the woman wasn't keeping the baby from the family . Like most or alot these custody issues the woman and courts torcher the fathers side ..ofcourse murder is never good but the emotions are understood Here she was actually giving the father his rights, maybe I'm wrong didn't follow close enough .woman remember the other side of child's family equally should be in child's life and finding reasons not to oblige is a excuse or just not good enough reason to play these games ..

My understanding from hearing what another child in the family's mother said and other testimony, they tried to scare Hannah into giving up custody of the child (as they had another grandchild's mom) but Hannah would not back down and was going to fight them for custody. The Wagner family had scared an older child's mom into signing her rights over a few years before. After the arrest, the boy was returned to the mom. Basically, they were a whole family of violent, control freaks who were willing to kill eight people rather than share custody. 😓

He helped plan the murders, and was present when it happened. Had a firearm but froze when it came time to shoot, but he didn't tell anybody about it before or after. Just as guilty in my opinion.

This trial has been a joke. I wanted to see and hear her testimony. She plead guilty so why should she have the choice to be recorded or not? I really wanted to watch this trial but it's been so disappointing because half of the witnesses testimony wasn't available. I could understand protecting a child's identity but to give a convicted murderer a choice is ridiculous
