The face of evil. Prayers for all the families who lost their loved ones in such a horrific manner. I hope this woman NEVER GETS OUT! This has been such a disturbing case. To think that all those people agreed to carry out this massacre is beyond sick. Prayers for the little children left behind too.
The state of Ohio agreed to only 30 year sentence!!! If she testifies against her husband and both boys if they go to trial! That to me is even more shocking than anything!!! I really wish that they could have found a more seasoned abs more organized prosecutor. This one really sucks
I don’t understand how anyone, let alone a whole family, would think it’s in the child’s best interest to kill her mother.. well obviously the child wasn’t considered.. it was a totally selfish and cruel crime. how can so many people in one family be so sick??
This whole time I've wondered who came up with this plan? Did they sit around at dinner and say " this is brilliant, no one will know?" For all of them to agree to this is mind boggling and not a one of them had a moral compass to say, bad idea! Horrible family every last one of them!

What get's me, is here they all set on trial for murder, with all the evidence stating when how and were they did the murders, and still plead, "Not guilty ". Really?
I'm not taking their side and I hope they all get the death penalty, but if you was in court facing life in prison or the death penalty you would also plead not guilty and hope that there is a mistake some how that get you off.
Because a good lawyer may convince a jury is one reason. And you have at least a little bargaining power if you go to trial. In these cases it might be life instead of death.
We have a similar case in Japan - One family killed another family. The whole entire family - dad, mom, 2 sons - were all sentenced to death. That was just surreal.
Prison will be worse for Angela. She will be trying to control the warden & how to run the prison. Hopefully she wont be able to! She screwd over her own mom by lying to her so she'd brk the law.
It's my guess that she started the whole thing. It's always the grandmothers who decide a baby isn't being cared for to their satisfaction so they should have custody. "I saw her at Walmart and the baby's coat didn't look warm enough!" Now her whole family is going to prison. Good.

When I was 17 yrs old, I had to run away from my boyfriend's mother who wanted custody of my child. She terrorized me and my family. Angela Wagner even looks like her. This could have been us. My heart bleeds for the Rhoden family.

It’s mind blowing that people could do something like this. This is a crazy world and unfortunately you never know what type of people your dealing with or getting involved with. It’s quite scary really. If without a doubt they are responsible then the justice system should wipe out they’re family as well. Harsh but people like this don’t deserve to even sit in prison. This is coming from someone who is very forgiving but this draws the line.
What is truly mind boggling to me is that these people don't seem to understand that homicide cases never go cold. And if eight people are involved it is practically impossible that one won't break at some point.
Truly messed up that not one of the six defendants was like , “Maybe this is NOT the best course of action fam .” I mean you never hear of an entire family doing this .
That special prosecutor must be so exhausted from all her hard work handling this awful case! Just keeping the names of the members of the families straight is mind boggling in itself! I think she's doing a fantastic job at her job to put this awful family away for life.

The least this prosecutor could have done was add everyone's ages up 16 yr old Christopher 19 year old Hannah Mae and so on let her sit the duration of years they lived...
She's more than likely in solitary confinement or in an area out of general population cause she would get badly hurt or killed. I say put them all in general population and let justice get served!

Randy Thomas you are SPOT ON when I was attacked by someone who was a rapist, I was able to defend myself and the police came. He raped another woman just a week before he tried with me. The woman was terrified to testify, so I did. His attorney tried to turn it around on me. All I was doing was watching for a bus. I was dressed in Jean's and a loose sweater. The woman he raped was a wife and mother in her own home. I held my composure on the stand and he was sentenced to life!! I couldn't believe how I was treated!!! I'm just happy he will rot for the rest of his life
@@londonsage8696 The most important thing is that you are safe and unharmed except mentally, which I'm sure you must have a horrific time living with. It is because of people like you standing up and testifying against these people that the world is a safer place, one person at a time. If no one has said to you before, Thank You for helping to make this world a better place. I am thankful that you were able to defend yourself and that you are able to share your story. I feel that it is important that others know of cases like yours, not just cases that end in a terrible way.
@@pershiesgirl thank you it was really hard for a while because I had nightmares of his lawyer trying to get under my skin I felt the best part of me was not only speaking for myself I was speaking for the woman that was raped and was too terrified to come to court even though this animal was going to be shackled and after I found out what his sentence was on the way home the prosecuting attorney and I stopped at her house and we actually hugged each other and we thank each other I thank her for giving me the courage to be able to stand up to someone like him there are so many women out there that are afraid to say anything either because of embarrassment or because people believe that if they are prostitutes they can't be raped or because of what a person is wearing and it sickens me. I remember his attorney was a woman and I thought to myself while she was grilling me what if she had a daughter and that happened to her would she feel the same way?
@@londonsage8696 I think what you did was amazing and I am pretty sure the woman who was raped was as much in awe and full of gratitude that I am and I have no part in that case. As a woman, I applaud women who have the strength to do what you did. Not every woman can do that. You are an amazing and strong woman in more ways than one since you were able to defend yourself against a rapist!! I understand its the lawyers job to defend her client but I do not think that belittling someone or trying to get under their skin should be allowed. To me, that sounds like a form or legal harassment. The best part of it, other than his sentence is that you beat his lawyer at her own game. It is terrible when female lawyers verbally attack sexual assault victims or a potential sexual assault victim that way. It must feel like being assaulted all over again. I hope she feels terrible about what she did and think twice before taking on another rapist for a client. Sometimes the money is not worth it. More likely he was indigent and she was appointed as a Public Defender. Even still, she should rethink her tactics. There is no need to do what she did. The other good thing is he will probably never get an appeal because it sounds like he had effective assistance of counsel. You are truly an amazing woman for doing what you did. I wish no woman would have to go through it but as we know, there is no shortage of criminals.

If I were innocent of the massacre of 8 people, I would be crying my eyes out in court and telling anyone who would listen. I don’t think I could sit through this so cool as a cucumber.... their disposition generally gives them away how they’re really feeling and it’s very rare the police and prosecutors get it wrong..... I just find it disgusting that so many people go through a whole trial to try to get away with murder...... I can appreciate it when they at least plead guilty and save a trial for everyone involved....

They brutally murdered those innocent people with their 3 year old, a 6 month old an a 5 day old baby present. At least they spared the lives of those babies, but now they grow up without their parents! Nothing less than death penalty for these monsters!

Guess nobody is there to support Angela. Still appearing in prison wardrobe at hearings. The Wagoners are going to put all of the blame on her. Not defending her...they are all equally guilty. But money talks and she can't speak with her own mother due to her own paperwork involvement. So Angela will probably be painted as the ringleader, etc. But nobody put the guns in the hands of the Wagoners. Personally my money is on granny Wagoner being behind it all. She has always been ruthless in her business practices and always finds a way to blame others while waving her Jesus flag. I just hope her money doesnt buy all her kids, grandson, etc out of prison. But depending on how the trial goes, if the state didn't mess up the processing of evidence, if their evidence is solid...I hope they get justice for the Rhoden family. My big worry so far is money talks. Granny Wagoner has won the first round in her battle. She has the money to hire the best for her family. I believe the Sheriff had only the best intentions and truly wanted to find the Rhoden killers. But I believe people wanted to find a way to discredit him and the department....which would benefit the Wagoners in these trials. I could see old lady Wagoner having no problem destroying someone's else's life/career to save her own family members. Reader is human and made some mistakes, but some if the charges are sgsjry at best. But he won't get his name cleared until after all this is over. The sacrificial lamb. If you can't prove your innocence, the best and only defense is tear a part the way the evidence was obtained, processed, stored and all the people surrounding it's retrieval. Classic example the OJ Simpson trial. Let's hope we don't have the same situation here as far as the evidence goes. Good news is I doubt granny Wagoner has OJ money to drag in that many experts.

I would doubt that was being used by her and not the men.....also one of the male victims was shot nine times...... I guess she alone did that too.....If I were her and I thought for a minute that they were planning to blame me I would quickly take a plea deal and testify against all of them including granny.......she would be the only living eyewitness the prosecution would have and it would keep her off death row......and make the prosecution case air-tight.
They have quite a bit of money so this is going to be a circus and I think Angela is there ringleader. Who do you think was gonna be taking care of Sophia ? Jake? @Pamela Morris silencers is one issue....But you put all the other stuff with it...well if it walks like a duck...it usually is a duck. The Wagoners are involved...But as to who did what...And just how much. We don't know yet. Just a hunch on my part....But the one person who doesn't seem to have a stomach for all this is the brother....of the father. I can't think of his name at the moment...I haven't thought about this trial in awhile with the virus and all. But he is the one who lost all the weight and requested to be in solitary confinement, etc. Purely my opinion again....But I think he knows stuff...But is walking the family line....But if it gets down to the wire I'm not so sure he will be willing to spend the rest of his life in jail for something he might not have that much involvement in. But also, I don't know much personally about his character or personal history. I'm just going on what I've read and observed in court appearances. The others appear more confident and not nearly as worried. I've been so busy sewing masks that I haven't seen any updates. Plus my Facebook account got hacked by someone in the Dominican Republic and I havent been able to get back on it due to that....so i am so far out of the loop.

Denis Cahalane.......it was not just the local police.....for awhile the FBI was involved......because there was a possibility that this was done by a drug cartel.......they spent two and a half yrs gathering evidence.....they are guilty....why else would you tamper with your neighbor's security system.....if you were not planning something.

Case reminds me of the Manson family, but Manson never was let out. This woman received a sentence of 30 years, which means she'll be out in about 15, and she'll be able to visit her boys, but hopefully the system won't ever allow her close to her grandchildren again. She thought she was a better mother than Tabitha and Hanna, yet neither of those two women ever murdered or stirred up lies about others to gain custody. Whole thing is so sad and sickening.

Tabby mustve cried her eyes out but she knew she would be dead after George beat her for not doing enough chores. Im not that smart Id be dead like Hannah. Tabby was only 11 yrs old when she moved into George's bed. Against the law but easier to groom. She was so naive but knew she didnt deserve to get abused physically. Im so happy she got her son back. Sophia needs to learn her mom chose death before giving her to them!💜🙏💜

I think as first punishment Is make the mother watch her two boys get executed by the electric chair. Then Have her in prison for life with a photo of her boys and a photo her boys being executed. Put the Photos in her cell.
