Hi, good morning. Thank you so much. This video has really helped me have a better understanding of the motherboard and the differential between motherboards. I’m certainly going to subscribe to your channel. Thank you for your time and effect in making this video. You’ve helped me tremendously. 🙏
this is one of the most underrated motherboard videos on youtube, I needed to find a video that tells everything about motherboard as i got a job in a pc components retail shop, huge respect man, love from India
bro's video is properly insightful. been looking around for some shhhtuff and he defined the cmos as a cmos. When watching other videos, ppl don't know the proper name for it. a small detail that displays experience and knowledge. earned my like and follow. stay safe and I wish the creator and whoever is reading this prosperity and constructive progression in their endeavors.
Hats off. Hats OFF to you brother. You really broke a motherboard down super well for beginners and I myself was struggling a few years back looking at a motherboard but now it’s super simple. Thanks for the BIG help!!
appreciate it. This is very helpful for someone like me, who knows nothing about the technical part of computer. I had trouble understanding the motherboard specs on paper. now everything is clear
I have some schoolwork where I need to take a picture of a motherboard and explain what is where. I knew nothing of computers before and this helped A LOT Thank you!
I know you posted this a year ago but this actually goes hand in hand with the new comptia A+ training. Thank you for this I will be sharing with my class mates and subbing ;)
@@TechRated motherboard is a B450, Processor is a Ryzen 5 2600, GPU is 1650 super 4gb, ram is 16gb DDR4 3200 MHz, storage is 2TB HHD and a m.2 256 SSD. 650W PSU (because it was cheaper than the 550W PSU. I’m getting the CPU and the M.2 SSD today and I already have the GPU, and I’m getting the rest of the parts on the 20th
Very nice build! I think you have mentioned it before in a video, I just forgot some of the specs. For that system, 550W is perfect. What case? What games are you gonna play?
@@jasonrose5068 the case I thought about going with a mid tower because it also supports a micro atx motherboard, and the games I’m gonna play are Apex Legends, CSGO, Valorant, Maybe fortnite, GTA V, And Maybe The new Call Of Duty Cold War
Mid tower cases are pretty much the most used cases now...so great choice. You need to let me know if the COD Cold War campaign is any good! Haven’t bought a COD game in years!
great first time effort for this guide,so let's see if i can add some input to help you update the video when you feel the need...firstly motherboard manual images, would have been great to see some images uploaded when you were speaking about the connection ports on the MB,you certainly did mention the manuals a few times but they are a great way of finding what ports do what and also what restrictions using certain ports will have on the other parts of the board,(i.e. M.2 slots restricting PCIE lanes etc),i know you didn't want to draw the video out for too long as peoples attention spans here on youtube are terrible but where guides or tutorials are concerned they can be as long as they need to be,some of your info was pretty technical especially names of components or slots and connections breaking this down a little with uploaded images or screen text overlays whilst your explaining the specific item in question can be a great way to help people less in the know understand the item in question...other than that you covered the whole guide very well...truely impressed with this content...keep up te good work
Sorry for the delayed response. It has been a busy week! I appreciate the feedback...especially since it is one of my smaller or less viewed videos. 👊🏼
People always leave out that the PCI e 16x might turn to 8x8 in sli or not support it at all 4x4 AMD crossfire and so on.This is the most missed explained setup many have bought the wrong setup from not knowing.
If you damage the pins on the CPU socket, it can run but there will be a black screen. Other times it would intermittently shut down after a few seconds
@@TechRated I'm from West Virginia,,so if I absolutely had to guess I would say North Carolina or tennessee..Did I guess right so far?. I'm subbd either way
I grew up right next to Pike County, in Letcher County. Now I’m not far from Lexington. I taught at Martin Co ATC for three years and we would go across the border to WV and eat from time to time.
I guarantee you I’m the biggest PC virgin you’ve ever had watch your videos!! No B.S. literally the ONLY THING I know about my prebuilt gaming PC I got today is that I have a ASUS PRIME X670-P WiFi motherboard with 32GB of ram, a ryzen 9 7900X CPU and a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 GPU… which I assume even tho the GPU says “zotac gaming” on it it’s still a Nvidia built GPU… I have no clue what a chipset is or drivers or anything else for that matter!!
